Very clean and good service

The check in was bad experience, the front desk said we were missing a reservation but then after it was cleared they stay was great

The room was clean and the staff is helpful, we paid extra for the room with the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t warm up so we paid extra for no reason.

The room was super clean and every piece of furniture looks nearly brand new. It has all the amenities you can ask for like; a safe, spacious beautiful clean bathroom, electric kettle for coffee or tea, swimming pool, jacuzzi, free breakfast. All the staff members are very friendly! Every time I stay here, I always have a nice peaceful sleep!

Bring your own water and ice. Ask how much before ordering. Check your receipt for everything.

The breakfast menu has remained unchanged for a long time; don't expect anything special. It's straightforward and plain, but there are many restaurants nearby. Most charge US prices, unless you cross the street, where you'll find more affordable options with better flavor and quality.

This hotel is the best inTijuana ..quiet..clean..service is great.. food is good... we already planning to comeback in june for a longer stay.. their spa and pool is amazing
