This is my second stay at Pullman Ciawi. I return for its comfortable atmosphere, excellent facilities, and lush greenery. Plus, the extensive breakfast selection makes me want to come back again.

All good! The staff is friendly. The facilities are okay! It's a shame the Pirates Waterpark isn't operational yet (I was going there to play it). And the rooms near the garden are really cornered, so they're pretty creepy at night (for me, anyway). So next time, it's better to choose a room near the pool area.

Overall, it was good, but the breakfast was very lacking. You had to wait on a waiting list due to limited space, and many of the food items were sold out and not refilled. The breakfast was very disappointing. The rooms were nice, but I wouldn't recommend the breakfast.

It's totally worth it. For that price, there are so many activity options and facilities for kids. There's literally no need to go anywhere else because everything is right here. The room was clean and spacious, and I happened to get a free upgrade, which was really nice.

My luggage hadn't been delivered to my room for almost an hour (it was 11 PM, and it was quiet). The swimming pool used to be open until 8 PM, but now it's only open until 6 PM. Art Play and Archery used to be open until 10/11, but now they're only open until 9-10 AM (at which point some of my guests were still having breakfast, with lots of small children).

Overall, everything was fine, but it's a shame the valet service wasn't available at the moment. It made getting back and forth to the car a bit difficult, and the parking area was quite far away.

There were plenty of activities around the hotel, the breakfast was delicious, and what made me even happier was the room upgrade to Executive. I also ordered room service for dinner, and the soto was delicious 🥰😍

The hotel is very spacious, with plenty of activities. I stayed in a deluxe garden access room, which was great because as soon as I stepped out of the room, I was immediately greeted by trees and fresh air. There's even a jogging track in front of the room, so we could take a morning walk.

The kids are really happy staying here, the kids are happy, and the mom is happy too 🤣

The kids loved it and it was absolutely worth it. From the rooms, food, service, and facilities... everything was top-notch.

The hotel location is great, so near to the toll road, but the food price in the restaurant should have been lowered.

The natural atmosphere is suitable for healing, the location is also good as soon as you exit the toll road and you arrive. Greeted in a friendly and polite manner, also helpful. The food is also quite delicious so far, I tried all the restaurants hahaha. The gym is also good equipment, join the yoga class too. It's just a shame there is no sauna after swimming 😥. Hopefully next time there will be a sauna facility without having to take the spa package (because I have had a spa there before but the massage was not so good). Thank you.

It was very disappointing because we left our valuables behind, but the staff didn't act quickly.
