Genuinely so brilliant, from the moment we got in it was wonderful. Had a cancelled flight so had a 10 hour flight to the place plus a 1 hour metro which was very tiring and hot but instantly welcomed us and throughout exceeded all my expectations. Lovely place, lovely people, brilliant location.

Excellent breakfast. Room clean and amenities plenty Customer service and front reception good including bell boy when we had to change rooms due to original room assgt on lower floor backing to Main Street that was noisy. Front staff accommodating to switch rooms at check in and arranged for airport transfer pick up and boxed breakfast due to early am flight

An excellent place to stay for visiting archaeological sites, with a very convenient location for tour pickups. Most attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is courteous and attentive

Breakfast buffet was excellent.

No view pool or rooftop restaurant as advertised. After you get a non refundable rate and find out that it’s closed. Staff was great and helpful, very clean, room was nice and big breakfast was also excellent.

Friendly staff and hotel is in a great location. Room was quite small and dull as it looked onto a brick wall. Great breakfast with loads of choices including an eggs menu.
