Slightly older hotel, a little further from the Chiba center. Close to the local art museum and science museums. A few good restaurant nearby, but best to walk 5-10 minutes closer to the station. The staff seems to work hard to maintain the property, despite it being from the 80s-90s. Room lighting is fairly dim.

Renovations were going on and fitness center was closed which was upsetting. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable and overall the room/bathroom were pretty dated. However the staff was pretty helpful and the size of the room for the price was pretty good.

Incredibly clean, more than affordable price and wonderful staff. The space was fantastic for myself, partner and 17 year old. Close to shopping, food, convenient stores and train station. We loved our stay so much we're already planning our next one again. Can't recommend enough.

部屋の広さは、価格以上の感動が有りました。

布団の寝心地は良かった。トイレの蓋が勝手に開きすぎて鬱陶しかった。

繁華街が近すぎず、遠すぎず立地がちょうど良い やや設備は古いが清潔感はあります ラブホ寄りのホテルですがコテコテのラブホは苦手なのでその点もちょうど良い

全般によかったです 贅沢を言うなら、喫煙オッケーの部屋に空気清浄機を設置されているとよかったかな。

駐車場が無い。入口が分かりにくい。

スタッフの対応は丁寧で好感触。飲食店が近くにたくさんあってどれにしようか迷うほど。

静かで快適でした。千葉神社のお参りに利用させていただきました。

裏に24時間1,100円の駐車場がある。 ホテル周辺にコンビニはなかった。 製氷機が廊下にあったのは良かった。 カラオケがあると記載されているが懐かしい本のタイプだったし音漏れしそうと思って使わなかった。 真っ暗にして寝たかったが枕の横にライトの電源があり電源オンオフのライトが眩しい。 Wi-Fi完備になってるけど、私の部屋はWi-Fiがオンになっていないのか？検索で出てこず 隣の部屋のWi-Fiに繋いだが弱すぎて動画も見れなかった。飛び飛びの部屋番号でWi-Fi飛んでいる感じ 普通のテレビが見れなかった 子供と一緒だったのでエロ番組だと困ると思って探れなかったw 帰りのチェックアウトは機械ですぐに終わって楽チンだった！ 部屋は広くてベットもクイーンとセミダブルで快適に寝れた。
