Nice old property in a decent location for a very busy tourist town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was a challenge and not free. No air conditioning but they accomidated with a fan.

Fantastic experience staying in this little village. The hotel was just as I imagined. The staff were a bit underwhelming due to being busy with the restaurant/bar

Clean rooms, really really helpful lady at the reception checking us in. Lovely break with large choice of hot and cold food. Bar attached is average, better ones in the town. Great location. Parking a problem until later in the night

Had an excellent 3 night stay, great location lovely staff ,especially at breakfast, tip enjoy Bourton in the morning and late afternoon avoiding the crowds.

Lovely small cotswold hotel - clean & tidy rooms - stairs a bit narrow to get up but OK. Food excellent and of course a visit to the model village welcome.

Nice restaurant and pub, great location however beware if your room faces the back of the hotel. The parking lot creates a ton of noise and can be very annoying.

The hotel room was cleaned daily and was done to a high standard. Staff from booking in to checking out were friendly and polite. Good breakfast enough to start the day off. Couldn’t fault it . Evening meals are of a high standard and I would recommend anyone to eat there. Parking was a little on the tight side particularly during the day time.

Property is in a great location and staff are helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the Cotswold.

Ideal location for looking around the village. Nothing more than a five minute walk away. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. 10% off meals in the Tap Room and free admission to the model village. Availability of parking spaces in the hotel car park between midday and 5pm is a bit pot luck but, other than that, not really anything to dislike about this place.
