Nice welcome ,nice room(couple of cobwebs,but they appear from nowhere),nicebathroom,comfortable bed. This is a country pub not a holiday inn so ecpect uneven floors and wooden windows etc. Every effort was made to make us comfortable. The only down side of the weekend was a customers pair of dogs although friendly a little unwelcome sniffing around our legs and under the dinner table and perhaps the languish of one or two of the shall we say more boisterous locals was a little ripe, but weve all been there

Nice hotel, good food, lovely location

We had a fantastic visit and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and the hotel is in a great location for some fantastic walks.
