The staff were friendly and attentive to serve your needs. The room itself was clean. The issue was poor Wi-Fi, and gave wrong network for best Wi-Fi connection (which still wasn’t great (always disconnecting) frustrating. No phone in room. Made it difficult to just ring down to front desk for assistance (would have to go to lobby to request anything) annoying. Location was perfect for anyone seeing the landmarks including Vatican. Area was also safe.

Staff could be a lot friendlier

Comfortable. Great location. Good breakfast. Wi-Fi was slow in the room. We had to go to the sitting area right outside to get a full signal. Shower water temperature and pressure was good, but the fixture needs to be changed. The handheld showerhead holder was way too high and the height was not adjustable. Also, it was hard to switch from handheld to overhead shower.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the amazing breakfast options.

Location is great in the old city. Don't drive despite what the hotel might offer as available parking. There are garages nearby but you need a reservation and they tend to be full. You also need a special permit to drive in the city or get fined. The hotel helps reserve a taxi or a car to go to the airport.

Hotel Talent - Hotel Superb!! What a wonderful little central gem! Booked this hotel at the end of a cruise as a little stay over prior to flying home. This hotel is centrally located close to the Colosseum / Forum / Trevi Fountain etc, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing seemed too much hassle. The hotel is wonderful clean and the decor was very nice. The room / suite was exceptional, it was beautifully decorated and the small touches around the decor, the lighting, the bed, coffee machine just added to the experience of a high quality hotel. We were travelling with a baby and the hotel was able to provide a travel cot, the room was more than adequate for our needs and provided an excellent base for us to explore / sleep. The room had aircon and was comfortable throughout our stay, the bed was very large, very comfy and clearly high quality bedding and pillows were used. Breakfast was a continental with a few cooked options, and was a pleasant addition. I would highly recommend this hotel if planning a visit to Rome.

This property is very centrally located to see all the Rome sights.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with all our accommodations, we absolutely loved out stay. Also, great job to the staff who took care of breakfast. Very much appreciated and it was perfect. The location was perfect and very convenient for many of the historical sites we wanted to see. Thank you for your hospitality!!

The receptionist were very kind and helpful. The room was nice. There were some water stains and large scratch marks from the door as well as the shower leaking a lot. Otherwise it was nice and very central. Right in front of the capitoline hill!

Breakfast is the basics, staff are really nice and property was clean and very centrally located.
