The hotel didn’t feel very welcoming. The bar area was an extension of the reception. Apart from myself going to reception to enquire about something, no hotel staff engaged with us for our stay. Breakfast was confusing- all the tables were reserved, so we weren’t allocated a specific table and the staff seemed reluctant to put us anywhere. This happened each of the 4 mornings. Also the egg chef was very moody and monosyllabic. The hotel didn’t do ski passes! Unusual for a ski hotel. The receptionist offered to help me on the app on my phone as it was in italian. I told her I wanted a 3-day pass for 2 adults. When we collected the passes the following day at the ski lift office , she had booked us a 1 day ski pass for 6 people! I wasn’t able to get a refund and rebook. This ended up costing us quite a lot more money than we needed to pay! 😟 The shuttle to and from the hotel to gondola was unreliable. Any finally no towelling robes were available in the room to go to the spa, when I enquired, I was told you had to rent them!

Great place, very clean, safe and quiet it is a little further from down town about a 10 minute drive but it’s a beautiful hotel

Staff were outstanding from the Bar to the dining room. Most helpful kindest people. Parents need to control their children in a well established hotel, running around like animals. Don’t bring your children to fancy hotel where they are unattended by the parents

In my opinion, this property should not be opened in the Summer. There is a severe lack of ventilation and cooling. The rooms are near 30 degrees C in June and the property made a futile attempt with a portable fan to cool the room. The fan failed. We had to leave the outside door open, allowing various insects to enter the room. I left the property after day 1 of an 8-day stay. The desk manager Paolo promised a refund for the remaining room. He unfortunately was dishonest and Expedia was unable to secure the refund promised. Shame on TH Courmayeur and shame on Expedia.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are big and new. The bathroom is big and great design, elegant. The spa is great as well. I truly loved this property.

Very close to Val Veny lift with shuttle access provided in the mornings and late afternoon.

Nice staff and had a great room. Pool facilities and views from rooms very nice. A little bit far from town. Longer walk especially with luggage. Plan for a scheduled taxi to take your form town center (Bus stop) to hotel. Distance also makes a bit of a challenge to walk into town for dinners. If you have a car then no issues although parking is minimal in the town center. The hotel is modern and newer so that is a benefit and it is close to the tunnel to Mont Blanc.

A very nice hotel with good food and services. The view is wonderful, the WiFi excellent, the room clean and roomy, the staff very helpful. One major problem: They allowed, every day, 3-4 fifteen passenger vans to block the entire arrival drive. Arriving guests had to walk uphill on a narrow cobblestone drive, with no sidewalk, with all of their luggage, children, etc.. in order to enter the hotel. Staff were told but nothing was done about it. The ‘free parking’ was at a local park, dirt lot, a 7-8 minute walk uphill. It would have been a great place for the vans. The dining room and breakfast food were great. But. One morning we told we had to sit on one side of the room and the next morning the other side. There was a constant confusion regarding where we were supposed to sit. We didn’t care, it was just a nuisance. This was a great hotel with a couple of weird, unexplainable and easily remedied problems.

Smart hotel for skiing with nice large rooms

Outstanding service and wonderful facilities. We used this property for a family trip to Courmayeur and it was perfect

We had a lot of troubles with the reservation which didnt appear on their system which created several issues which were badly managed for a 3 days holiday. We also had a next door noisy guests in a communicating room which should have never happened after all the issues we had already had.

Minute walk to ski lift as well to Sky way gondola. Super clean and updated rooms, comfy beds, polite stuff, nice amenities.

Great stay overall. Breakfast was really good and selection was excellent. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean and were comfortable. The app wasn’t wasn’t working which made it difficult to book the spa. Spa itself is great and there’s a lot on offer. Few issues with incorrect charges for spa treatments which we eventually had removed from our bill (but this did take some time to resolve). Overall, very enjoyable trip and would definitely visit again.

Room was a good size, clean and everything worked! Very nice walk in shower. Food average. Wine expensive. Parking expensive. You may be surprised to learn that you have to pay to use the pool! Slow check-in and confusion about parking: the policy of the hotel is that if you choose to pay for parking, which you may do as there are very few free parking spaces, is that you have to pay for every night of the stay. Paid parking in the garage gives you direct access to a lift and so to your room. Free parking is lottery and means that you have to unload luggage into reception whilst you seek a parking space. There are no luggage trolleys or porters to help.

The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Impeccable service and good food with a varied menu. The only negative was the extra charges they required for the use of the pool and spa area, I have never stayed in a hotel where this has not been included.

Amazing hotel experience. Clean large bedrooms. Great spa (at extra cost) with breathtaking views. Modern decor. Incredible food. Only surprising thing is that this Italian hotel could not make good coffee!
