Overall great experience. Few things We noticed. We included breakfast in our stay but at least twice things were out and despite of asking multiple times the staff did not replenish. Overall rooms were clean but The A/C was running on max still was not cool enough for us.

The hotel was nice and the room was clean and a good size. We only stayed one night so we did not take advantage of the amenities. All the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was great. I liked the fact that it catered for everyone and there was a variety from which to choose. I was just disappointed in the fact that they did not allow guests to take their breakfast to their room. My kids are late sleepers during the vacation so they missed breakfast on two occasions. The room attendants were awesome. They were patient and very kind. They brought clean fresh towels every day and always had a smile on their face. Every interaction with them was a treat.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Were weren’t fond of the free breakfast but there was lots of choices. The pool was nice but no hot tub. For those who love planes we had the perfect view. And we didn’t really hear them in room.

Traveled with family and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We decided to stay in this hotel to be halfway (30 mins) to family in the suburbs and halfway to downtown Toronto. We had a excellent stay!

Overall, my stay at the hotel is pleasant. Staffs are welcoming and helpful, the room is clean. The continental breakfast is above standard. The building is newer than most of the hotels in the region.

The rooms are clean, everything is well maintained, and the hotel has a nice atmosphere. The breakfasts are tasty and the staff does a great job. The only thing we really miss at breakfast is some fresh greens (such as lettuce, parsley, or cucumbers). Adding more fresh vegetables and greens would make the breakfast even better. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
