Getting to the accommodation was quite difficult. The resort should offer a hotel boat service for guests, so they don't have to pay or wait for boats from other places, especially since the accommodation is already quite expensive compared to the room and services.
Regarding the room, the air conditioning was malfunctioning on the day I stayed. The hotel took a very long time to fix it (more than an hour) without offering any compensation or other options. They made the guests wait in the room while the technician worked on the air conditioner. (It was raining the day I was there, making it difficult to go out for other activities, but the resort didn't offer any alternatives. They just took the complaint, sent a technician, and then left us with him.)
There were a lot of insects and mosquitoes in the room. The resort should provide mosquito repellent coils or spray.
The restaurant also had a lot of mosquitoes. There should be better mosquito control methods. I didn't see any preventative measures in place.
In conclusion, I felt it wasn't worth the money I paid. I was disappointed. 🥺
