Extremely overpriced for what is received. There is no emphasis on providing customer service. The rooms are extremely small. No bottled water inside the rooms - you have to fill up the bottle they give you from the main lobby. The food was subpar. I really did not feel that the $2k for 4 nights I spent was worth it. The resort (adult side) has no beach but you can access the private island by way of water shuttle. We were in the country for a wedding being held in the private island. The evening of the wedding, a handful of us took the water shuttle back to Adult resort - the shuttle boat captain Yael , was extremely rude to us in the worst way possible! One of the young ladies fell nauseated due to something she had eaten and asked that he be gentle on the waves. He accused her of being a drunk and threatened to put her off the boat if she were to vomit. We all chimed in on her defense and he became so angry that he sped off - running the boat as if it were a jet ski. We were all soaked from head to toe in our beautiful evening gowns. We complained to management and hopefully he was sent home for the remainder of the evening. I’ve never paid to be treated so badly. Aruba is a happy island until you use the word “No”.

The property was okay. We stayed here for 5 nights 7-26-8-1. There are a few important things for guest to know: When booking online, it wasn't clear that the resort is split into two sides. We thought we booked the adults only side, but found out upon check-in that we were placed on the family side. On the positive side, the room was cozy and the staff thoughtfully brought us a nice anniversary cake. However, we did run into some maintenance issues during our stay, including a fire alarm incident and water leaking from above that left a lingering unpleasant smell in our room for most of the trip. While staff did address the leak, we were disappointed that management didn't offer any accommodation or adjustment for the inconvenience. The location is quiet and primarily centered around eating and drinking- which suited our visit. The cruise ships dock nearby for overnight stays, which can occasionally be a bit noisy. The breakfast was delicious and the absolute highlight of staying at the Wind Creek Resort, the private island, which is about 7-minute boat ride away. Overall, given the price point and the issues we experienced, I likely wouldn't stay here again. We are booked already for next year somewhere else.

We had the greatest time here. We loved that they have their own private island, it was very peaceful especially on the adults only side. We would stay here again! Loved how close it was to local restaurants and shops.

It might have been nice at one time, but if small showers, roaches, worn out carpet, doors that don’t open or hanging on by loose bolts then this is your place. After 2 day smell of mold in room you could tell was there. The adult pool was not big, and no lay out chairs in the sun, all covered by shades so you have to go hang with kids to get sun. Food and alcohol was good, however when you have all inclusive you have to sign for every drink or food you take. Aruba is nice, this might have been a 5 star resort at one time but not anymore.

The room was very clean and spacious. Amazing shower. Lots of shops near by (all walking distance). The staff was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The best part for me was the boat that takes you to their private island at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality that set the tone for a truly first-class experience. Every member of the staff was attentive, professional, and dedicated to ensuring our stay was flawless. The accommodations were beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offered the perfect balance of elegance and comfort. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities, reflected a commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. The property itself was immaculate, with stunning surroundings and an atmosphere that was both sophisticated and relaxing. What truly distinguished this hotel was its unwavering commitment to service. The staff anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. It is rare to find a property that combines luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality so seamlessly. This hotel has set a new standard for excellence, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to our next visit. Without question, this is one of the finest hospitality experiences we have ever had

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Everything about this resort was wonderful. Our only comment would be a hot tub next to the awesome pool and having a workout facility at the adult side (we had to go to the family side to use theirs). Not the most convenient. All the restaurants were great - good food and service. The private island was amazing and we cannot say enough good things! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Amazing as usual. Favorite part is the boat ride over to Flamingo Island. Pool side is a whole vibe on the adult side and EVERYTHING on the menu is excellent. My fave is the nachos 😘 See you next year Pedro!! (My fave staff member pool side)

My experience at this resort was a complete disappointment, and I can’t help but remember it fondly. Despite the attractive exterior, the service was appalling. My fiancé had booked this trip for relaxation and top-notch service, but we were met with nothing but chaos. I was not aware of all the services the resort offered until the checkout date and I was charged all of these add on fees about amenities that were included. Again I’m holding the front desk accountable because this is my first trip to this country. The escalator was broken throughout our stay, and the elevator broke shortly after. To make matters worse, our room had mold in the shower and was extremely hot at times. We never received a greeting from the front desk staff as we walked back and forth to our room. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were busy. On my last day, I checked my bags with the bellman, and one of them went missing. I spoke to multiple staff members and two supervisors on duty, but none of them seemed to care. They all looked at me like I was crazy. I’m forced to accept that my items are gone, and I will not recommend this resort. Rating it a 6/10 for me Lesson learned keep your bags with you
