Overall experience would give it a 4.5 stars. Staff for the most part very friendly and helpful. Food was ok, clean rooms, exec lounge was nice to have! Would recommend!

Did meet my expectation

Outdated room, leaking refrigerator, courtain falling on one side. Arrived late and no air conditioning in reception. Reception Staff very courteous but I was awaken at 8AM to ask if we need laundry and at what time we were leaving the room

The Hotel is very nice and the room is great. Only issue I have had is lack of hot water in the shower and breakfast seems a bit pricey. There should be a more economical offer for those of us who don’t want to pig out at a buffet. Staff is absolutely wonderful.

Great hotel, great staff really good location. We unexpectedly got a complementary upgrade to a suite which made it even better given how little we paid for the room. Even without the upgrade if I were going back to that area, I would stay there in the heartbeat.

Excellent hotel, great location, excellent food & service, the staff is well trained and are always handy for any guests needs, have shuttle service to the airport with excellent service and very attentive drivers… Would definitely recommend the hotel for any stay in Guayaquil
