Great hotel

The room was clean! Some of the staff was helpful! About 15 minutes walk from the main bus station! But the local bus station was confusing and I couldn’t find any near by! Taxi service took adavantage and over charged for the rides!

Old and tired. Needs remodeling and upgrading!

Located near a beach, this hotel is a nice destination for a vacation, alone or with the family. The breakfast buffet is ok, the view is terrific.

On arrival and on departure there was mo porter available in hotel, we had carry our luggage to hotel satires into lobby. Buffet food was not replenished after about 9pm although timing for dinner was 11pm.

The location is great and staff are lovely. Breakfast was tasty and there was always plenty of food on offer. There appeared to be a lack of housekeeping. We stayed for a week and during that time the room was not vacuumed, the bathrooms floors were only washed once and most days staff just checked the bins and towels and left. There was also a lot of mould on the shower walls. A ramp at the hotel entry is needed for luggage.

Amazing hotel right at the sea shore, specious rooms, great break, strong wifi. Perfect for a slightly prolonged getaway.

Hotel Princess is excellent value for money. The staff are so friendly and the amenities are amazing. It’s spotlessly clean.

We really liked the hotel itself. Great location right on the beach. Also, loved the swimming pool. The problem we had is with the people who worked the front desk. When we arrived, a man at the front desk did not greet or welcome us. We told him we were checking in. He requested our passports. We then waited for him to copy them, but he told us it would be at least 15 minutes, because he had over 150 passports to do. There was no one else in the lobby at the time, so not sure why he had to do those 150 before ours. We told him we would wait as we didn’t want to risk our passports getting lost with the other 150. About 5 minutes later, our passports were given back to us. Then he told us that our room was not ready, so I requested a different room, but he would not give us one. I then asked to be compensated by stating that if we need to wait for our room to be ready, could he “comp” us a drink (even a bottle of water at the bar while we wait) and he said no. He was very argumentative and did not care that he was violating his own 2 pm check in time and that it was not our fault the room was not ready. I then requested to talk to the manager, but he would not let me and that is when he gave us another room. Then when it was time to check out, I walked up to the guy at the front desk (a different guy) and the first thing he does is yawn with his mouth wide open, right in my face. He doesn’t apologize or say anything, he just sits there looking at me.

Parking lot was occupied all the time, so it was kinda hard to fined a free spot.

Room had distinct smell of smoking. Air-conditioning was as non existent, the room was warmer than the outside temperature.

Convenient hotel with parking in front of sea. Hotel with all facilities would need to be refurbished in more modern style to reach 4* standard in best hotels in Montenegro. Personnel helpful and rather good service Internet free and quite good in room, excellent in public areas Walkability to shore and city center

Very good location, but air conditioning not working and very rude staff

Well...all what worth to say: Hotel needs renovation and staff upgrade. Nothing more then 2,5 stars by the moment

Well located huge hotel facing sea and with parking place. Good wifi, empty in October but interesting to stay overnight. Some parts would need renovation, but quite good in general Close to city center and working Spa Free parking
