Old world charm in the historic center. Excellent coffee in the room and a chocolate on the bed each evening. Also a great buffet breakfast with local fresh fruit. High end l'Occitane bath products.This hotel pays attention to detail and we felt well cared for. Cuenca flows with mountain springs but we advise drinking only bottled water. A wonderful place to stay!

The property is beautiful fresh decor, very clean and confirtable.

This is one of the best hotels in Cuenca. They put a hot water bottle in your bed. It’s amazing, and there really isn’t service like this in most hotels. Also, the garden is really nice. I will definitely be back.

Clean room, helpful staff, beautiful building

Everything was fantastic, I got stomach sickness and the hotel make me the food I need to reestablished and get well, I was walking the next day and visiting Cuenca. Thanks to all staff you were wonderful and helpful. Hotel is spotless and clean. Near all attractions restaurants and at

Una experiencia fabulosa, me hospedé dos noches en el Hotel. Cristina de recepción nos ayudó en todo, el transfer desde el aeropuerto, checkin, recomendaciones de lugares a visitar, taxis seguros, hasta el checkout. las habitaciones limpias y bien abastecidas.

El hotel está convenientemente situado en el centro. El acceso al tranvía es perfecto e incluso lo tomamos para ir al aeropuerto. Buenas opciones de restaurantes alrededor. Como única sugerencia es ampliar las opciones de desayuno.

The property and breakfast sir was are lovely, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond. We were there on Halloween but it was raining terribly that night, so the staff let her truck or treat around the hotel and even got a couple of guests in on it. It was the sweetest, most generous act and by the whole team. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel and their team.
