Safe, quiet, friendly staff ... gym was a little wanting.

My stay at Protea Hotel in Ndola has been superb. The service is the best I've experienced in Zambia and the staff are doing a great job. I felt very well looked after.

Conveniently located near the airport, will definitely be back.

All was good,close to airport & the smaller Chinese mall,otherwise need transport to anywhere else

Second time staying here. A clean and well kept property. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very helpful and polite staff, who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Another great Protea experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

we had a problem with the frontdesk telling the guest she had to book out, payment was made for the full stay???

The staff was simply amazing. In particular Memory and Lombe, they made themselves available for all my questions, had great recommendations and were exceptionally professional

The place is quiet centrally located for Ndola and Luanshya
