Clean room, good staff, excellent breakfast, parking not easy to get access if you check in at first time, but it’s ok.

Everything is great especially the breakfast. If you want to sleep in a bit get a room at the back side of the hotel. The front side faces the Panamericana highway and you get some traffic noise early in the morning.

En general todo bien. Hice la reserva via Expedia y me salia que el total por noche era $105.60. Sin embargo al momento de hacer check in me cobraron $121.77 ya que me indicaron que el precio en Expedia no incluia IVA. Primera vez que me pasa esto en algun hotel ya que siempre que he reservado con Expedia pago el valor que indica la reserva. La persona que me atendio en check in no fue muy amable con la situacion.

Todo excelente excepto por el ruido excesivo que hay todo el tiempo hay demasiado ruido alrededor y nos dieron ventana a la calle traten de pedir que sea habitación con vista interna el ruido no deja descansar

La propiedad está al lado de un centro comercial lo que le hace muy bulliciosa y si pides cambio de habitación te ofrecen hacerlo pero te advierten que la calle es más bulliciosa aun. La piscina no estaba disponible y no nos avisaron eso en el check in. Tuvimso que quejarnos para que nos dejen usarla 1 día. Era feriado de semana santa y entiendo que la tarifa suba pero unos conocidos en Cuenca me hicieron saber que "nos cobraron como a extranjeros" osea no sentí que el costo beneficio de un hotel de ese valor lo valió para nada.

Wonderful facility with attentive and professional staff. Comfortable beds and great location. Convenient to Mall del Rio and central Cuenca. Parking was easy and free. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes. Really enjoyed the clean pool, gym, and steam room each evening. WiFi was strong enough to facilitate working from the room on a video call.

Superb location, next to the biggest (for now) mall of Cuenca! By the end of May, accross the street will open the biggest mall, El Alto.
