We stayed for 2 nights and our experience was the worst so far from all so-called 4-5 star hotels. First of all, room 704 had many cracked marks on the wall, which proved that its room quality is zero and didn't match the photos advertised. After 1 night, the next morning we found out that our AC wasn't working. I contacted the receptionist 3 times, and all they said was they would send a technician, but we waited for more than 30 minutes in a room with a temperature of 30 degrees. I went down to the receptionist to ask how long I had to wait, as it was very agitating to wait in the room for the technician. Then they told me the same thing they said over the phone 45 minutes ago. At this point, I was very upset and asked them to refund the 2nd night so I could stay somewhere else. Their manager kept asking to give them a chance to fix it. After many rejections, I agreed to change to a different room. As we thought we would have a good last night in room 1405, it wasn't the case. When we were about to go to sleep, the lights inside our room started tripping multiple times for no reason. Luckily, the technician came and fixed the power board so we could have power back in our room (yes, only our room had a problem, not every room on the same floor). Also, note for yourself before you decide to book this hotel, their rooms are not soundproof, so you will hear literally everything happening in the hallway and some of their lower-level rooms (our 1st room on level 7), you can hear music going on the whole day, even at night, so you will hear that music during your sleep. I will leave my review here so you guys won't have to go through what we've been through at this hotel!
