Went for the Alberta Sports Hall of fame presentation. The food was amazing and the event catered very well. Clean rooms, friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. Bev Cameron

Good room with coffee/tea in house.

Room was large and clean early check in was greatly appreciated and the staff in the club lounge were friendly and hard working and made you feel at home!

The hotel was nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The walk from the hotel to the casino was extreme. They should’ve provided a shuttle. We were led to believe there was a breakfast included our misunderstanding, but I went down to get breakfast and there was nothing available also at the casino they had a policy of reserving the different slot machines for “up to 10 minutes, but people left them on there as long as they were gone, and these happen to be the machines that were the easiest to pay off in the most popular machines didn’t like that at all so instead of spending probably six hours at the casino I spent an hour and a half and was quite unhappy as far as coming back again no, I would not not under those conditions. Thank you.

Cigarette smoke still lingered in our room and wafted through the hallway despite it being non smoking hotel. Made for unpleasant sleep and stay.

Would definitely recommend staying at this venue. Staff was very professional, knowledgeable & helpful.

Room and service was fantastic. Extremely busy hotel which was very nice to see. Room was spacious and clean. Casino was so much fun! Definitely going to coming again. Only complaint was parking. Stalls they were extremely small which caused vehicles to take up 2 spots or park very very close. My vehicle was hit on the door. Not to happy about that.

Carpet had lots of stains in the room, AC didn't work and it was muggy and hot in the room, bathroom fan didn't work either.

The pool area is always nice and warm. Staff is always amazing and helpful. I stayed in a deluxe 2 queen room which was pretty spacious. The beds are always comfortable and clean. Other areas of the room/bathroom could be cleaned better. Rooms could use some updating as well

Very nice hotel stay

My previous stays have been good. This stay was not as good. 1) A/C in the room did not work 2) Only one elevator was operational 3) Ice machine on 8th floor was out of order but no sign on it 4) Hot tub was too hot and jets were not working 5) Barely luke warm water for the shower, no hot water

The air conditioning was now working. Was 26 when I got there and stayed the same all night. The shower filled up the tub as the diffuser was not working correctly.

We had a very nice, and spacious room, nice and cool as it was very hot outside. A very good breakfast was included, also the afternoon happy hour at the Club Lounge was very nice. All of the staff were very helpful.

The room we stayed in was old and dated, hallways were very run down and no reflection on the lobby or amenities

We stayed 1 night and we loved everything, pool , breakfast and stuff was awesome

I had the peaches and cream french toast! It was absolutely delicious. It is definitely not a low calorie breakfast, but every once in a while a person needs to indulge. Super delicious. I ordered bacon on the side, as well it was cooked perfectly crispy but still a bit chewy yum!

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. However, there was only 1 elevator working for the entire sold out hotel of 14 floors which was extremely in convenient for everyone.
