Check-in was easy, staff very friendly. Mind you there is RM 50 deposit (cash only) and tourist tax and environment fee of RM 12 per room. Lots of eateries, cafes and convenience stores nearby. Room is decent size but a little outdated, pretty clean and functional. Good value for money.

Good value for money. Only 125 for a king bed room. The same room was 300 per night in Kuala Terengganu.

Neat room, clean toilet, hot water works well, air conditioning is cold. Lots of shops. Very, very satisfied.

The rooms are without windows, like a prison cell.

hotel is good, easy check in & check out early in the morning. but lighting in the room seems like not enough.. iron & iron board is sharing at hallway, and a bit old & heavily used already. no tv remote in the room. but not really wanna use it, so did not request to the hotel.

Clean, simple, lots of restaurants/areas around

It was generally OK. Bed is comfortable. A lot of eateries.

Everything else were good. Just the staffs are not very friendly and not well-trained by the manager.

Book and paid for family room, but they gave all family room to people who checked in earlier. So they gave me two separate rooms which is not connected at different floor, and one of the room with no towels, no pillow cover, with exposed ceiling. Just terrible. Wouldn't recommend to stay here.

Near to IOI. Easy to get food & coffee.

Staf bagus, lokasi bagus, tapi hotel buruk. Toilet teruk. Lampu toilet tak menyala. SHower patah & rosak. Syampu pun tak bagi. Towel nipis macam kain pelikat je. TV ada 2-3 channel je, TV3 pun tak de. Harga tak berbaloi langsung dengan keadaan dan experience dalam hotel ni. Pikir 10 kali la sebelum masuk hotel ni.

Cleaning the room every 2 day. What a surprise. The towel can't absorb the water. Not clean at all. Bathroom door can't be locked, its broken. The engineer man so stingky, I just can't breathe after he repair the lock key.

Lack of lighting. Please add some more lighting source.

Hotel location excellent but the only positive I could say. The amenities are very bad though.

Nice hotel, worth your money! The location is very strategic as it is close to minimart, dobi, restaurant and many more.

We arrived for check in late at night, the female staff was not friendly and not helpful. We asked wether we can park our car infront of the hotel, the staff speaking tone was not friendly at all. And then, when we want to enter the lift, we brought many things and 2 kids, but the staff just looking at us and passby without any gesture wanna try to help press the lift button or anything. Will not come again because of the customer service. The water heater not functioning at all.

Hotel room spacious. Cleanliness was okay. But shower handle in bathroom broken and towel available in poor condition.
