Actually, I've said this many times, but this time I have to write. The hotel's atmosphere is good, the service and facilities. But the room? The room was terrible, the AC wasn't cold, not cold at all. My husband and I woke up with our pillows wet from sweat. The room was so cramped, we couldn't walk or do anything in the room because it was cramped, haha, we couldn't move the chair. When the door was opened, it wouldn't stick to the wall. I've called the reception twice and called housekeeping once before they even answered it... And this is the second time I've stayed at that hotel and it's always the same. I don't know which room is more expensive, right? Because the three times I've stayed in a room that costs Rp. 560,000 per night plus a Rp. 50,000 key deposit, so it's around Rp. 600,000. Haha. If it's Rp. 600,000, I recommend you go to the FOX Paldam hotel in Jayapura... it's more within your budget. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Sorry, sorry… but I have to be honest so I can fix it.

The bathtub had no lid, and it was covered in moss. Wasn't it cleaned by the previous guest? Were we given a family room when we booked? It was ridiculous to be given a family room, since there were only two of us. Furthermore, there were no towels. The response time was quick, but the handling took a long time. I'll never use Horison again.
