Central location to restaurants, convenient store around the corner.

Nice room, AC good parking. The staff were a big help.

This hotel is in an excellent location for walking around to restaurants and shopping if you like the tourist area. The price is reasonable and it has ample parking.

Nice location, customer service is lacking. Got better service and local information from the surf shop nextdoor.

We were out of power 3times during typhoon and it was hot in the room and carpet on the hallway smells so bad when there’s no power

I enjoyed myself last week at Grand Plaza. The AC worked the entire time and no electrical issues during my stay. Bravo.

Air conditioning excellent! Staff not to friendly and or not knowledgeable about extending days due to typhoon. Some staff on housecleaning are not friendly or helpful

Unfortunately there was a typhoon during our stay. but the staff was accommodating.

Lots of bugs. The bed is so hard.

The staff there were pleasant and helpful when they could. That being said, this hotel did not match the pictures at all. Room was dark and gray and the bed was very hard. When we asked for 1 extra pillow, they said they didn't have any more. (There's a Kmart, like 2 miles away, so it's not like they didn't have the opportunity to get any.) I knew that there wouldn't be any breakfast, but there wasn't any coffee anywhere, not even instant coffee in the room. We had to go to a restaurant down the street to get a cup of coffee because the restaurant in the hotel didn't open until 10 am. The only amenity were 2 shampoos and a couple of little bars of soap. One of the shampoos was half empty. There's a mini mart next door that opened at 8 am, which was helpful. Other than the tiny ants, the room was clean. The location was close to restaurants and the beach. This met our basic needs, but we were pretty disappointed overall.

Not so pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Upon entering dirt wash cloths and towels. Mattress was built like it was for a jail. Bugs in my first room. Was switched to another room with more bugs. Seeing bugs in my second room, I packed up my things and some w/ the front desk requesting for a refund, I was told to contact hotels.com...they stated they were unable to get in contact with the hotel and offered me a $25 refund. I wouldn't stay here..

Outdated room. Good for a person on a budget

The room felt like a run down apartment. The bed felt like a cardboard. Only spent 30mins in the room and checked out.

Everything was just p-e-r-f-e-c-t. The staff were very friendly and were very helpful throughout my stay. Will definitely be back again!

Poor quality room

The staff was great but the rooms were outdated and in need of update. Room amenities a tv,hot water pot and two glasses. The photos were not representative of what you got. The location is very good you have some decent restaurants within walking distance.

I would recommend early check in if possible

The quality was way better than my first stay in guam, beds were a little stiff though. Other than that it was good!
