Poor room maintenance, broken bed, broken toilet handle. Hair on bathroom floor Worn out towels Very bad breakfast, cool, cheap sausage, cool eggs. We came in and had to wait for a lady to bring the food to the shaffers. shaffers not hot.

The location is fantastic, with the tramway stop right in front of the door, making it easy to get around. Just two blocks away is the main square, Calderón, which offers a vibrant atmosphere. There are plenty of eating options just steps away, making meals very convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One highlight was the breakfast room on the 9th floor, where I enjoyed great views of the city while dining. It really made the experience special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

It’s a nice enough place with great staff , clean spacious rooms, decent breakfast. Very good location within easy walk to shopping, restaurants, etc. Only issue was inconsistent hotwater in shower and basin

Did like the customer service at front desk I paid the bill in total at checkin and at check they wanted me to pay additional 10 dollars for room tax which she forgot to add when I checked in and paid in full the hotel did not want to waiver the fee I spoke to hotel manager and he insisted I had to pay it so I met them half way I paid 5 dollars not a good experience ☹️

They need at cafeteria or vends machines for the clients

Lost reservation. I proved thru email that I saved that I had a confirmed reservation. I called and emailed the night before for a confirmation! They smerked when they realised that they got caught. I suspect holiday weekend and they hoped they could drop a few reservations and get new ones at a higher price (practically their words). 2 of 2 elevators broken. No hot water. Four requests over 24 + hours for toilet paper. Mostly, nice sympathetic front desk. Simple and somewhat clean and well located.

The elevator was damaged. The staff did not help with the baggage. The AirPort transfer service did not exist
