I didn’t really like having to leave my shoes at the front and use public slippers, the bathroom was useful but a bit cramped and the cooler/heater was hard to get the right temperature in the room. But I really liked the hot tub onsen and the staff were mostly friendly.

Typical business style hotel. Our check-in clerk was a little less pleasant than usual but noticed staff on other shifts were fine. Biggest problem is the inconvenience of this location. Several kms from anything, even convenience stores. This is fine if you have a car or with a tour group but not for travellers by rail unless you are prepared to order taxis to get back and forth.

We enjoyed this authentically Japanese hotel. The front desk were very efficient and explained everything to us. The clerk was able to speak English and we were pleasantly surprised with this countryside hotel. We took off our shoes and left them in a locker in the lobby. We were given slippers to wear throughout the hotel. Due to this no shoe policy, the floors and carpeting were very clean! The room was very small, eventhough, it was a “comfort double” room. Suitcases would have been impossible to manage. We were lucky to be travelling with an overnight bag. The bed was small, but comfortable. I would consider this a budget hotel. We were given a selection of three breakfast entrees and we had to select which entree and service time, as soon as we arrived. This was a surprise. We were expecting a buffet breakfast like all of the hotels that we had stayed in. We ordered the western breakfast with toast, fried egg, ham slice, sliced cabbage and coffee. It was very basic. There are no restaurants or coffee shops located near this hotel, so I’m glad that we had something for breakfast.

最初の頃は夜にパソコンを使うのにWi-Fiが繋がりにくかったのですが　最近はサクサク動くので　ストレスがなくなりました。

宿泊をしたのは2回目です。清潔で食事も美味しく、満足です。また泊まりたいと思います。

隣の部屋からイビキが聞こえて寝にくかったです。 後、Wi-Fiの繋がりが悪かったです。

禁煙シングルに1泊しました。部屋はそれほど狭くなく快適でした。夕食に追加してイカの刺身も量があっておいしくいただきました。朝食もよかったです。さらにコインランドリーが使えて便利でした。

おもってたよりも、レストランや大浴場といった設備が整っていた点がよかった。

いつもフロントでの対応がスムーズで時間がかからないのが嬉しいです

部屋が暗く仕事などが出来ない、Wi-Fiの速度が遅いと感じた

レストランの夕食予約なしで入れますがもう少し楽しめるようメニュー幅があれば世k去ったと思います

月1くらいで利用しています ツインの部屋はかなり前に予約しないととれなく、日にちを変更したりします スタッフの方たちは感じが良く、親切です

周辺施設がイマイチ

朝食が美味しくない レストランを増やしてほしい

帰省の際に利用させていただきました。 時間別に男女交互に大浴場が利用可能になってたので、皆満足してました。 受付の女性も妻に小さな履物を提案してくださり、ロビーのドリンクも良かったです。
