There no staff at this hotel. No roon cleaning. Check in with pad and that's it

The dust on the furniture and the coldness of the room (very cold air coming in from outside, through the windows and doors, so we had to close the bottom of the door) made it very uncomfortable. We stayed for two nights during winter, and tried contacting the staff, but there was no response. The only consolation was the location, which was relatively close to Central, and the Lawson was right next door.

Easy to check in and check out, nearby to Lawson, and station

The hotel check-in and check-out process is self-service, the hotel location is very strategic, close to the train station and Combini, the hotel facilities are complete, highly recommended for those who want to vacation in Sapporo.

The hotel was so good, clean, and quiet. Close to a convenience store, Hokkaido University, and Sapporo Station.

Location is good to the sapporo station center. Just a block away to yodobashi camera and the mall to enter the station. The room is very small even for two pax. We stayed for 4 nights. The room is very cold in winter even with heater on at full. Be careful if you're using a lot of electrical appliances. The DB can trip causing a blackout to the room only. Lucky the reception staff during the time was kindly enough to go up and help to solve it. She was very good in English and pretty too. Conclusion: a rather good hotel for a quick stay in Sapporo city center.

Space is not too big. complete facilities 24-hour front desk there is free onigiri every day. coffee hot tea is free. In the room there are cutlery and washing, homey, hot water okay. To Sapporo Station near by foot. lawson 24 hours beside the hotel.
