This is our second time came to Hakuba. First time we stayed at hotel. This time we decided to stay at a house. Eagle house is definitely a great choice. It has all who we need. We all enjoyed our stay at Eagle House so much. The staffs are so helpful. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend to our friends.

Will not hesitate to stay at Eagle House again! Everything was impeccable, guest service was wonderful, location was good, the bathroom was equipped with an automatic hot bath and the washing machine functions perfectly well.

綺麗で清潔でとても良かったです♪ こちらの質問にも直ぐにメールで返答を頂けて助かりました。 しいてなにか言うなら､仕方が無い事なのですが､夏場って事もあって玄関前に蚊とか小さい虫が飛んでいたりしたので､室内に入らないように､いっせいのせ！！ って意気込んで入ったくらいです笑 でもそれもそれで良かったのかもです。

静かな環境の中で、リラックスして快適に過ごせました。 又、一棟貸しの貸別荘を利用したいと思っています。

非常に綺麗な施設でロケーションもよく大満足でした。またご担当の方の対応も良かったです。また是非利用したいと思っています。

レイトチェックインにも対応頂けました。 住所で検索すると、マリオットホテルまでしか誘導されません。　頂いたGoogleマップのリンクだと正確に誘導されました。
