The location is great!

My group and I really enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The only negatives that we had was there is only 6 parking spots that are first come first serve and while we were able to get a spot they were very close together and we were worried our car might get damaged, thankfully it did not though. Along with the parking there was this ringing noise that would stay on for periods of time throughout the day and night. While it wasn’t an inconvienience it could get a little annoying. Other than that though we had an enjoyable stay with a helpful staff and comfortable room.

Staff were helpful and took initiatives to help us in accomodating the need of a member of our party who was phyisclal challenged. They were attentive of the well beings of the guests. Thank YOU!

Pictures on Hotels.com App are not reflective of actual property, other than the ladies at the desk were very nice, the place itself is VERY dissapointing, the rooms were dirty, not swept or washed floors (you could see old spills from previous stays), counters not wiped in any area, tub was grose, streaks and just not something you want to use at all, also arrived to a not full roll of toilet paper with no additional rolls. Overall, super unorganized, they couldn't recall at our check in if I paid the $200 deposit, so I had to come down and show my receipt (which thankfully I had, as apple pay shows different number than your actuall cc apparently), would not recommend and would NEVER stay here again.

I bed was very uncomfortable and the toilet was not working properly. And i the wifi speed was very low so i had to use my own data

No windows. No flipping windows. And the photos provided on Expedia are nothing like the room.

Stayed here on a budget and for the convenience of the location — was overall a good stay, helpful staff, room was larger than I expected, relatively clean to my standards which are pretty high, not deep cleaned but clean enough that I was comfortable, nice skylight with an opening and closing control, didn’t use the kitchenette, old style fridge leaked a bit was ok, toilet seat needed a small part replaced to keep it steady but wasn’t a big deal for me, nice basic shower with plenty of hot water. Didn’t have a problem with noise luckily but walls are thin. If needed I could stay again.

Location is good, but there is no sign on the building, so it was hard to find. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

One suggestion would be to upgrade the tv to a smart tv

Gave me a room with a broken door knob, felt very unsafe went back to the front to ask to switch rooms and the guy at the front desk was already gone and lights were off with the door locked. Contacted expedia asap to resolve our issues nothing could be done until 9am as no one would be in office until then. Room we had smelt like strong black mold, we coughed all night and could not sleep. dirty towels. Mold all over the strips and the lady at the front desk was trying to say our room was good and clean it was the total opposite. Bad hotel and area would not recommend at all. Very unsanitary, unsafe place and location.

It was not as clean as what was shown on the website. The wifi connection was not good at all and during the full residency I was using my own Sim card internet.

Of the dozens of photos in the listing, only two reflected the unit we actually stayed in. So for us, the descriptions and photos were very misleading. The room we stayed in, 202A, was akin to an awkward one-bed apartment run by a borderline slumlord. The first two things that stood out when we entered were the deficient lighting (1 of 3 lightbulbs worked in the kitchen/entryway) and the general lack of cleanliness (dirty floors, hair in the shower drains, dusty fixtures, bed frame falling apart). Even after we requested additional housekeeping, the unit was not left in much better condition. For a nightly rate comparable to decent hotels in other major cities, this was a huge disappointment. The only reason I gave it an additional star in the review was because it was in a convenient location with easy access to streetcar service and neighborhoods with great restaurants. Also, I felt for the poor front desk staff members who did their best to help us (especially when our keycard demagnetized and we needed to get into our unit near midnight) — all while being berated by several other guests who stayed at the inn when we were there. The owner of this inn deserves all the heat for such lack of pride in their business.

Room was very clean and tidy and pretty much spacious check in and check out was smooth.

Not great not the worst. Won't book again.
