Don’t hesitate to book a room here. This is our favorite hotel, and home away from home when visiting our children and grandchildren. We’ve now stayed here for a 1 week visit 6 times in the past few years. It’s always friendly, efficient clean and reasonably priced. The breakfasts are great for buffet style and Laslie is always there to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your meal. Evening popcorn fills the lobby with a homie fragrance while you grab a bag or two as you head to the room. And the pool area is second to none, especially for little ones like our 3 grandchildren. Thanks to all the staff who make this hotel the perfect stop on the road.

This will now be my go to hotel whenever I goto Medicine Hat, it was our first time here, we normally stay at the lodge but it has gone downhill. The pool was fantastic for kids. The breakfast was amazing!! Much better than the usual continental breakfasts you get else where. Manager was really friendly. The 2 ladies we dealt with at during breakfast were sooo friendly just absolutely amazing. We dealt with multiple people at the front desk. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and helpful. The cleaners were nice as well!! Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The suprise of the lemonade/iced tea when you enter the lobby was a nice touch. Room was a nice layout, clean, and spacious.

I forgot to ask for room on quiet side of building but that was my fault. Hotel staff was very friendly. Thank you

The gym is the best I have seen in a hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff so friendly.

What a great place to stay, especially with kids! It’s been a couple weeks since our stay, and my kids keeps asking to go back! (They particularly loved the pool area). If we ever need a hotel in Medicine Hat again, this will be the place we stay!

This was our first stay and we loved it. The room was spacious and the suite amenities were terrific. A kettle!! I'm a tea drinker so was delighted. The breakfast was very good, staff were friendly and helpful, building was clean and well-maintained. Outdoor amenities were a surprise. We really liked this hotel.
