Staff is extremely friendly, more so, the staff ensures that you are totally satisfied with your requests and provides suggestions when venturing out. I would absolutely stay here again. The AC in the room was VERY nice to walk into, given the extreme heat in the dead of summer. Breakfast is tasty too!

The hotel was brilliant! Very clean and comfortable! Our included meals were great, with a great variety of choice! The staff were excellent. They were incredibly friendly and helpful in any situation. For example, they helped with our flight details that were only posted in Spanish. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was our first visit, was for a 4 day long weekend. Our room was upgraded and we had a full kitchen! Room was amazing! Our balcony faced the beach so we had beautiful sunsets! Roof top pool is amazing! Excellent snack bar/bar. Breakfast….not continental but full menu! Amazing! Everything was delicious! Room service….excellent, fast and delicious too! Cant say enough about the staff….beyond friendly and helpful! Overall excellent hotel and only 10 min to downtown and 12 min to airport.

Everything was excellent as expected. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will be back again. Excellent staff, service, and breakfast was great.

We were greeted with smiles and a very helpful bellboy. Front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were in need of pesos and wanted to get the best rate so one of the front desk staff thoroughly explained how to get to the nearest bank. The breakfast and service staff were so friendly and polite.

We enjoyed our getaway at the Paramar. The room was very nice with the ocean view. The location was surprisingly quiet. All the staff were very kind and helpful, too many to list. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of items on the menu to choose from. The Colberto snack/bar was great with the beautiful rooftop pool and view of the bay. There were only a couple of things missing. No ice machine and no purified water in our room.

The door in rm 108 needs to be fixed . Hard to open and maneuver after key fob used

Everything about this hotel was perfect. From the location to the personnel. If you're questioning whether to book this hotel or not, this is your sign to book it. You won't regret it.

Loved the proximity to the beach (it was literally across the street) and there was an excellent bar and restaurant also right across the street. So many things were within minutes walking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot! First of all, the view from the room is something I crave! The sunsets from the balcony or rooftop terrace is a must see! The beaches are packed. So much better on the rooftop or from the balcony or pool. I was so unhappy with the hotel I had booked. Despite not being eligible for a refund at that hotel, I had to spend my last night in PV at this hotel. This was my second visit to this hotel in a year. I will not stay anywhere else now. It is quiet here! It is close enough to the Melacon but far enough to have a good quiet nights rest. The amenities are amazing. Don't order room service, the food is better in the dining area. The staff here are always going above and beyond. The rooms are clean, modern, and beautiful. The room I stayed in had a kitchenette that was fully stocked with everything you need. If you see some geko on the roof, they are just there to eat the bugs. They wont bother you! They wont come down from the roof area. They were quite entertaining and adorable! The only negative I would have is that the staff don't speak the best English, but they do their best! It was difficult with the tsunami warning on my last stay when they could not explain what the emergency procedures were. Everything turned out okay in the end! Great hotel 5/5! See you again soon!!!

Pool is tiny. Not room for many chairs or people. The only service is at noon but not staffed for more than 6- 10 people. Too expensive for not being all inclusive. Prices of drinks and food at the pool are on the high end.

The room was very nicely appointed for two people. Big bathroom. Teeny kitchen area with exactly 2 of everything, i.e., spoon, fork, plate, etc. Gorgeous view. Tiny patio. Terribly uncomfortable chairs. Bed was firm, almost to the uncomfortable level. There is a club across the street so bring ear plugs. We had a sound machine blasting and could still hear the BOOM BOOM from it. Our TV went out. It was a bad cable. Took several calls and 2-1/2 days to get maintenance to put a new cable in. Rooftop pool area is very nice. However, bar had nothing to make drinks that were on the menu. No fruit for margaritas, say what?? Would I stay here again?? No.
