The rooms were exceptionally cleaned and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Loved Haro and this hotel was a delight...right in the heart of the town... and within staggering distance of loads of tapas joints...arghhhhhhh. heaven.

Hotel is located right in the centre which made it easy to walk to vineyard tours. Room faced onto the square but surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Check in easy and owner was very helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean and cleaning staff excellent. Definitely would return.

Clean spacious and very central location. Haro is a small town with the best Bodegas to visit. Everything is in a walking distance.

The parking was very close and easy. Our room had a great view over the main old town square and there was a couple local cafes within a few meters.

We loved Hotel Plaza de la Paz. The location is perfect for walking around Haro. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to see. Loved amenities like the heated towel bar in the bathroom. Didn’t love the hangers (the annoying anti-theft kind) because they kept falling, but that’s really minor.

La chambre était propre et la vue superbe. Le personnel était très gentils et de bons conseils. Si vous allez à Haro, je vous recommande fortement cet endroit.

Spotless room Comfy beds Lovely staff

Haro was one of our favorite places we visited in Spain. Fun little town with lots of energy. Great restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. Victor was very helpful and made us dinner reservations - at great restaurants too! Room and bathroom were VERY comfortable. Best bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Great shower too! There are two negatives I will share, but they would NOT keep me from staying here. I would come back in a minute! The free parking is quite far from the hotel. We were able to drop off our luggage close by the hotel, but then the parking is down a long hill. There was supposedly paid parking under the hotel, but we did not use it. Saturday night must be party night in Haro. People were in the square and children were running around yelling until 5:00am. The rooms are quite soundproofed, but not 100%. This was the only night we heard noise. It was loud enough to wake light sleepers, like me. The other nights were totally quiet. Guess the city was having too much fun!!!

My sister and I arrived late and had not yet had dinner. The gentleman at reception called a restaurant down the street and arranged dinner for us. We were impressed before we even got to our room which was clean, spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the plaza. Additionally, the location was in waking distance to the bodegas. We had a wonderful experience that exceed our expectations. We would absolutely 100% return.

This hotel is right in the towns center square, which worried me a bit when booking it but as there is not a lot of choice in Haro for hotels I booked and was very happy I did! The room we got was right over the square and hotel bar, but it was Dead quiet!, due to the triple glazed windows! Such a convenient and easy walk to the bars for dinner and of course the wineries for tastings! The train station was an experience but it all worked!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Their restaurant recommendation was excellent.

Lovely small hotel overlooking the square. Central to everything. All wineries within walking distance. No breakfast but several cafés nearby. Would certainly recommend.
