My room had a dirty floor and an unpleasant odor, so I called the cleaning service again. The sheets and towels, although faded, were thankfully clean. The bathroom door was a bit transparent, making it uncomfortable, and there was no toilet paper. However, the location is good. The environment is also okay. The only amenities are valet parking and Wi-Fi. However, the staff are friendly.

The car park is far away, if you want to take something from the car you still have to wait for security to get it.

The location and the staff service are top-notch. However, the room wasn’t impressive me that much. The bathroom floor was super slippery (no sandals, by the way), no soundproofing, and the Wi-Fi on the third floor was kind of slow.

The hotel is easily accessible, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

Clean place, close to culinary spots, friendly service, spacious bathroom, but unfortunately the room has no windows, so it feels stuffy. Otherwise, everything is fine.

A budget hotel worth checking out for your Eid homecoming. It's right next to Ramayana and KFC. The hotel is surrounded by culinary options and numerous shops within easy walking distance. Valet parking is free.

The AC in one of the rooms is not cold enough

In all my stays at Jamboo, this is the first time the cleanliness has been lacking. As soon as I entered the room, there was a lot of hair and tissues scattered on the floor. The bathroom smelled so bad it was pungent in the room. It's never been like this before. Please pay more attention to cleanliness.

Strategically located in the city center. Easy access to everywhere. Good bathroom and bedroom facilities. The only downside is the lack of coffee, tea, and a water heater. TV channels are also limited. But otherwise, so far, so great.
