Pros: (many!) Good location in a busy part of Rome close to an expensive luxury shopping street, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Can be noisy in the late evening but quietens down by 11.30pm. Good breakfast range with lots of hot and cold drinks. Superior room was lovely and spacious with high ceilings. Good shower! I have stayed it lots of hotels and agree this was exceptionally clean, even the curtain looked like they'd been vaccumed clean! There is a small lift which is helpful. Reception is available in person or via phone. 10 min walk to metro station Spagna Next to a cafe where you can buy water and fizzy drinks which was convenient! Staff are helpful and courteous Cons: The reception area is small and a little cramped so if you need to talk to the staff theres not a lot of space to wait. The city tax can only be paid in cash so make sure you have enough euros! I paid 7.50 euros per person a night. There are lots of change places within 10 min walk. All in all a good hotel which is a very good base to explore Rome I believe!

We were located in their 2nd building a 4 min walk around the corner and down the street. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The building was clean and had an elevator. The room was clean and it had A/C. However, one of the windows didn't entirely shut so the heat and the A/C battled it out a little. Too cold with A/C on and too warm with it off. The room has a Nesspresso machine, very fancy. Staff walked our suitcases to the room. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night.

I chose this hotel. Because it had air-conditioning. I had two rooms. Air conditioning in one work well. The one that my wife and I were in. It did not work at all. It was actually cooler outside than in our room. So two of the five days we were there. Was miserable. The third day they finally moved us to another room that had air-conditioning. When it’s 85° outside. And it’s cooler than in your room. I would say give this hotel a lot of thought. The location is great. But our air-conditioning did not work that well in the first room. And I did ask them to check on it about four times. Finally, the third day I was getting ready to look for another hotel. And they moved us to another room.

Location was perfect, staff was very helpful especially because we were in an annex that didn’t have an elevator and they carried our bags insisted on doing so for all the flights of stairs and carried them back down also insisting to help. The room is super cute and is small which is typical for any room style hotel. The air-conditioning worked great and had everything we needed overall would stay again and recommend.

A lovely stay in Rome. The location of the hotel is excellent for walking around Rome. Our room was in the main building & looked exactly as advertised on the internet. We just had the standard double and it was clean & the bathroom & shower were spacious. The lift was working fine but is very small & old, so we only used it when we had our suitcases. The breakfast every morning was good & had plenty of choice. The reception staff were helpful in arranging taxis etc. Overall we were very pleased with our choice of hotel.

Very great location and was able to walk everywhere. Our room never cooled off but other than the AC it was perfect!!

we got booked in their second building, which is a bit of a walk because there is no vehicles allowed in that area (unpleasant with suitcases). The experience felt more like an apartment style accommodation vs a hotel stay. Location was close to a lot of major sites. However it does get very loud on the street. Air conditioning worked great.

All the staff were extremely helpful!! Everyone was nice and the room was kept clean. The breakfast was really good with several choices but kind of expensive if you don’t pay in advance. Would 100% recommend and stay again

The staff was amazing. They recommended the best restaurants, got us in early and helped with the luggage. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Excellent Breakfast every morning. Courteous and Professional Staff. Had many issues with wifi signal, weak unresponsive, to my cell and room tv, it was finally fixed ,the day before checking out . Air Conditioner, won't cool to a comfortable level, during the day and night, needs to be upgraded ,to a higher capacity cooling capacity. Both issues were reported to staff and they tried their best, but issues persists, wifi was corrected by the end of our stay.

Had an amazing stay in the Junior Suite. The hotel is in the perfect place to do all the sightseeing. The trevi and Spanish steps being round the corner and the pantheon and piazza navona are no more than a ten minute walk away, a walk to the Colosseum was 20mins.

Excellent hotel and stay, do not read the negative reviews here they are obviously disgruntled people who probably didn’t read things properly, amazing hotel and location with amazing rooms. Will be visiting again!

Excellent cleaning staff. Hotel & rooms always cleaned to a high standard. Air conditioning functioning well. Bar was small & well presented but very pricey. We preferred to go out to a local bar as we could sit outside.
