I made a reservation for a friend coming from out of town to watch the 2026 Ponorogo National Reog Festival during Grebeg Suro. He enjoyed his stay here. The place is comfortable, clean, the staff is friendly, and the price is reasonable (since Grebeg Suro is usually full and prices increase). It's also conveniently located in the central area of Ponorogo Regency.

Nginap di kamar family vip 1, katanya ada air panas, tapi ternyata nggak keluar air panasnya, dapat sarapan walaupun menu sangat terbatas, padahal kamar untuk 4 orang tapi kupon sarapan untuk 2 orang, yang 2 orang harus bayar sendiri tapi ga papa sih murah cuma 20 ribu per orang. AC juga nggak dingin, jadi cuma suaranya aja yang keras tapi nggak dingin, jadi berasa nggak nginep di hotel deh. Tolong diperbaharui lagi fasilitas-fasilitas kamarnya yah, jangan seperti itu.

Kami pernah stay semalem di Hotel Ponorogo Permai, untuk tempat dan lokasi sangat strategis deket dengan alun-alun. Yang cuma kami kecewakan ketika ada barang kami tertinggal dan kami konfirmasi dengan pihak hotel, mereka sudah menginfokan kalau ada barang kami yang tertinggal dan kami meminta tolong untuk mengirimkan barang tersebut sesuai alamat yang sudah kami berikan dan kami juga sudah infokan bahwa mengenai biaya packing dan pengiriman akan kami cover kalo sudah di kirim. Setelah beberapa hari kami tunggu tidak ada respond lagi dari pihak hotel, dan untungnya kami mempunyai sahabat yang tinggal tidak jauh dari hotel tersebut maka kami memutuskan untuk meminta tolong untuk mengambil barang kami. Masukan dari kami semoga ke depan jika ada barang tamu yang tertinggal mohon untuk kerja samanya untuk di kirim ke pemiliknya. Terima kasih.

We are a family (husband and wife with 3 children aged 10 years, 8 years & 6 years) booking via an application at the hotel. Room capacity is listed for 2 adults. After checking in, the five of us entered the room. Not long after, the hotel clerk informed that the room could only be filled by 2 people. So if we have 5 people we have to book at least 2 more rooms. We as a family with 3 small children objected because our children did not want/dare to sleep in separate rooms. But the hotel confirmed that it had become a rule at the hotel. So be careful for families with more than 2 family members booking this hotel.

The condition of the hotel is more like a homestay / boarding house, in the front area before the hotel there is a gift shop and live music DJ, reception is located in the middle after the gift shop, separate from the guest room area, at night there are colorful lights, good for photos. Standard room area, realpicture as stated in the hotel description, only 1 towel (even though we stayed 3), free 2 bottles of drinking, 1 piece of soap and no brush + toothpaste, overall good, comfortable for resting.

Twin rooms can be single, deluxe hotel class like boarding houses. Very disappointed that the photo in the application does not match the real pict. he said it could be canceled until the destination couldn't. not clear.

The rooms are not clean, the walls have splotches of whatever, the smell of cigarettes, the bathroom is okay but the edges and the drain are black and crusty, not given a blanket, my goodness. No night light. There are dead cockroaches. Good breakfast, strategic place. That's all.

Unsatisfactory service. Noisy place.

Very Comfortable and Recommendations for lodging.

The hotel is adequate to be used as a transit hotel. The price is also suitable in the pocket, and is open 24 hours.

Sip getting cooler at least.

The food is not good and the rooms are not clean.

For the stay facilities are quite good, but unfortunately the breakfast menu is too simple and less varied.

The atmosphere around the hotel was crowded, it was written that we could have breakfast but we were not called to have breakfast or delivered breakfast to our room, the rough blanket was not soft, but the bathroom was clean.

Not bad. just enter the room, please give it a perfume. The thing is it smells musty. that's actually more tolerable.

The clerk is not friendly. The room smells of cigarettes. Breakfast menu is not good.

Roomboy service is not friendly, unprofessional bed linen told to install it by yourself, there is no tissue, the heatler is not just a flask, in our application we ordered 3 guests 1 room with extra extra bed including breakfast but the receptionist said it was not included and had to pay extra breakfast. Food menu is not recommended. 1-star hotel feels like an inn. Not recommended
