Overall, everything was good, except for the AC, which wasn't cold enough, and the bathroom sink was broken. I was really afraid of falling because I had kids with me. But if I ever go back to Yogyakarta, I'll probably come back to this place.

The location is strategic, close to places to eat. If you want to go to Pakuwon Mall, it's also close, taking Grab/Gojek is more comfortable. The facilities in the apartment are quite complete, there is a kitchen complete with dining utensils, and there is also a mini fridge. Pelayanan dan kondisi tempat kurang layak dengan harga segitu. Belum lagi TV dan AC menetes di dalam. Kurang worth it guys.

Strategic location, close to culinary and coffee. Cold AC, steady hot water. Spacious balcony. What needs to be improved is cleanliness, especially the bathroom and interior rejuvenation, some of it has been peeled off. There is only 1 towel available and no tissue is available.

1. The room smells, the bathroom smells too. I don't know if it smells damp or what but it smells bad. 2. Towels do not absorb water after bathing. 3. AC leaked. 4. Amenities such as bar soap yesterday have been opened and toothbrushes have also been opened.
