The room was extremely hot. The AC wasn't cooling at all. The room didn't match the picture. I checked in at almost 11:30 PM. At 12:34 AM, I wanted to leave because it was so hot and making it difficult to sleep.

The service was excellent. I booked a room for my parents to rest from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. due to the long journey from Pekanbaru. When I wanted to check in, my parents asked for permission to check in before 1 p.m., and thank God, they were allowed. The bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved.

TV in the room is not working, customer complained but was told to go back and forth 3 times to the receptionist and in the end it was not resolved. The service is very unfriendly, the staff was busy playing games when the customer complained
