I'm rating this five stars not because of the intended experience... but more because this is like a museum of how r h o d e s i a n culture in s a l i s b u r y used to feel. Plenty of fascinating historical pictures and architecture. What a time it was. Had dinner and dessert for $21, there was by happenstance a club event ongoing the day we came so the food was delicious and promptly served.

A total disaster. Had no toilet seat, even after I asked for one, passage roof is falling apart, crack in my room wall, no mosquito net at Window, closet door is broken, no plug for bath or basen, dining room was dusty, kitchen(I saw by accident) Un higenic, food terrible only had 1 breakfast of witch staff got a simple order wrong, eggs soaked in oil, had to pay 10usd for eggs+2toast+1 coffee. I had to buy Doom for cockroach. No aircon. You should stop lying with you pictures on Maps.

The place is good and good and favourable to those who want peace and there will be no noise

Accommodation is satisfactory, yes the hotel is undergoing renovations in some floors but you wouldn't notice if not told. Reasonable price for the service. Good location if access to town center and supermarkets is a priority. Not particular busy portion of city, so noise not a big issue but definitely noticeable. Running water, functional toilets, DSTV with 2 or 3 channels but didn't mind as I am not a TV person

the food was very bad. the hotel do needs some refurbishment. we were there for a business workshop and the culinary school was hosting us, it was a mess. The chairs do need upholstering. It needs a facelift. there is no signage outside that makes it easy to direct people.
