Very nice stay, it was a short stay but the location helps us to complete all the shopping and herrands that we needed to do.

It is walkable to lot of places. The breakfast though only has 3 options but good breakfast.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. We had to wait for more than 3 hours before we could check-in because the check-in time is only at 3pm. The staff didn't seem to care. Usually, hotels try to help with early check-ins and clean the room if necessary, but this was not the case. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Tomem muito cuidado com o hotel na hora de fazer Check out! Não usei nada do frigobar e dos biscoitos deixado na mesa, porém fiz o check out de madrugada e o funcionário falou que precisaria subir no quarto para checar. Demorou um tempão para descer e já comecei a achar estranho e achado que deveria ter tirado uma foto do frigobar antes de descer. O funcionário falou que estava faltando um salgadinho de batata. Nem sabia que tinha isto na mesa. Tive que ficar um tempão negando negando e eles liberaram mas nem fez questão de agradecer pela estadia no hotel. Realmente foi uma situação muito estranha que nunca passei nos hotéis que fui até hoje. Tomem muito cuidado!!

Great location, convenient. Breakfast choice a little limited ( 3 options only) but good quality. No spaces just to sit around if that is what you need - basically rooms only but good all round

If you are coming to Santiago you need to stay here. The staff is excellent, rooms are clean and nice. Housekeeping staff is wonderful, the included breakfast was great. The hotel was very close to a metro stop and other local attractions

Very good apartment, good breakfast and good location

This hotel is located in the heart of Providencia neighborhood with a lof of restaurants, stores, banks, malls near to metro station and bus stop. I had a good experience being here. The hotel is pretty new and clean. Room is comfortable and with a nice view.The only thing that I didn't like it is the breakfast, very poor options( 1. scrambled eggs, juice,tea or coffee and a piece of bread, 2. A cheese and ham sandwich juice, tea or coffee, 3. Croissant with jam, juice, tea or coffee) in the website there are pictures of the buffet breakfast. I think the hotel has to removed these pictures from the website because is not the reality and explain what kind of breakfast are offering. Staff is friendly especially Ronnie and Leo.

I booked this with some trepidation because of the lack of reviews but I am so glad I did. It is a lovely modern block with everything clean and new. The RQ is close to the metro which we used a lot and close to the Constanera shopping centre with its extensive range of shops including the Jumbo supermarket. The front desk staff were helpful especially Luiz and his colleague who both spoke English. We got a Claro SIM card for $1500 pesos, they lent us a metro card which we just recharged by credit card at the station and they got a taxi for us to the airport. Overall, a great stay!

El hotel está excelente, le doy 5 estrellas, la atención de todo el personal es muy buena. El desayuno súper rico y amable la persona que atiende. La vista de mi habitación súper linda

O café era um menu com três opções e um suco com engarrafado com muito açúcar. Essa informação deveria estar apresentada no ato da reserva. Alguns detalhes de manutenção precisam de atenção. Equipe muito educada e acolhedora.

La habitación y la atención en el servicio de recepción fueron muy buenas. La atención del servicio de desayuno los domingos es decepcionante y mediocre que sólo te den 3 opciones entre: huevos, fruta o croissant. SÓLO ESO. Con café y jugo. Sin más opciones ni cantidades Verdaderamente no está a la altura del hotel este servicio

La habitación y la recepción excelente El desayuno ha sido decepcionante tener una sola opción y sin alimentos sin gluten. Cuando me dijeron que si había opciones El domingo estaba cerrado el restaurante habitual pero el que trabaja los domingo es muy limitado sólo café, jugo y huevos. Sólo tenías 3 opciones las otras dos era sólo un vaso de fruta o sólo un croissant. Decepcionante para tanta calidad de hotel

Excelentes habitaciones, el personal de recepción maravilloso con excelente atención y disponibilidad. Es mi tercera vez en el hotel y el desayuno siempre es el mismo. Por lo demás todo excepcional
