Clean room with a comfortable bed. A bit noisy with the gas station right nextdoor

I went on a solo trip and stayed at the hotel, it was just perfect for me! It was in a great location that was close to everything. The room was clean and it smells great , upon arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem…great location…10 minutes walk to city centre of Aruba or hop on the famous Aruba tram that is 300 meters away from the hotel…the room clean and tidy especially those on the 2nd floor…must try their breakfast and lunch selections it is amazing… For those who are looking for values and convenience…Victoria City Hotel is the place to be…closed to a lot renowned & famous restaurants…walking distance…Driftwood Restaurant Aruba + The West Deck + Barefoot Restaurant + Pincho Bar & Grill +

The first thing I noticed is how clean the hotel the smelled when I walked in. And the service was excellent. I loved how quiet and peaceful they stay here was!

Yes good breakfast and service

The room was extremely small. The bed took up the bulk of the room leaving very little walking space around it. Opening my one large suitcase took up all the space between the bed and the door. The walls were dirty. There was a mark on the pillowcase such that I was unsure if it were a stain or if it was not clean (covered it with a clean towel). The TV only provided service for a short time. The evening staff was nice. The lobby and eating area were decorated and neat. Not located in a tourist area.

This is a beautiful property. They upgraded since the last time I was there and it was a great experience. Next time I am going to try a bigger room though.

Loved how clean it was, near a big supermarket, near the streetcar, and not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bus terminal is also a 20 minute walk away, from which you can take buses to many places (airport, eagle beach, palm beach etc). The only thing I did not like is breakfast was not included.

Room was very clean, staff was extremely friendly. Overall a good choice of hotel for Aruba.

Very clean and budget friendly. No amenities front desk staff was just OK. Veranda outside the room was very nice. Good for a two day stay but if I was in Aruba longer, I would choose a resort with amenities.

My room was great and the staff was pleasant. I had everything I needed for my one night stay. The hotel is doing renovations so the parking was a bit tricky but overall it was excellent. The only drawback was a heavy fragrance in the lobby that was a bit overwhelming.

The hotel is about a 5 minute ride to/from the airport. Check in was simple and my room was ready when I arrived. The room was nice and clean. I only needed it to sleep and relax. There's not a lot directly in the area of the hotel but it's about a 10 minute straight walk to the downtown area where all the cruise ships dock. Plenty of restaurants and a few small (public) beaches away from the crowds near the resorts was perfect. There's a nice breakfast/brunch spot in the hotel that has really good food and not too expensive. Overall, it was a great stay for cheap.

False advertisement. The rooms are tiny but thats ok for one person. The view is of a divested downtown. Graffiti. If you like that, then great. If you're looking for a more scenic view right out of your window, this aint it. The staff are really nice. Ask for the second floor which is a better stay overall.Also the windows are very tiny.

The stay was fair. Didn’t find staff to be as friendly like our experiences.at other similar locations. Every time we asked for something it seemed like we were a bother. We made the best of it but doubt we would stay there ins the future.

Clean and beautiful spacious rooms. A lot of places and nearby shops are walking distance. It is a nice quiet area. The staff is amazing. I was very comfortable there! I will definitely be back soon!
