Excelente hotel, staff muy amable

It was a poor experience. The hotel does not have a pool which was a requisite for our family because we have small children. In general the hotel is not very nice and it needs a good cleaning specially in the children games. I don’t think the price is justified by what is offered, we also found a bug in our bed.

Falta renovación

The place is very calm and quiet. The food at the restaurant is very good.

We reserved with expedia, but were asked to pay by wire transfer directly to the hotel. Afterwards, we were charged by Expedia as well. They are not good for numbers, they get confused very easily. Lack of professionalism.

Las instalaciones son muy lindas y es probablemente la mejor opción de hospedaje para turistas que quieren ir al parque nacional Cotopaxi. El pueblo De Salcedo sin embargo, es horrible. Nada que ver o visitar.

Servicio de primera y el lugar es de ensueño. Seguro estaré de vuelta!

Es totalmente entendible que por la pandemia actual la mayoría de las instalaciones no están funcionales, aspiro a que las cosas mejoren ya que es un lugar hermoso

Estupendo. Buena atención, camas súper cómodas, chimenea para abrigar el ambiente, lindos jardines para pasear, buena comida y precio justo.
