The room was comfortable, very close to Ketapang Station and Ketapang Harbor. It's also close to a minimarket and many nearby food stalls. The staff was friendly, and orders from the app were immediately recorded in the booking book. So upon check-in, there were no complicated requirements; you could go straight to your room.
