We stayed at the Feathered Nest Inn for one night.

The place is idilic but there were a couple of flaws in the room (Dove Cote) that did nit make it for a prefect anniversary: 1) the room was too warm upon arrival and could not be cooled down due to the bathroom’ radiators being on with the towel one being very hot without ant controls to shut it down; 2) the toilet had to be actioned several times to get it to flush (very annoying)! Fixing these 2 things would make it for s very pleasant stay here. Best luck to the next guests.

Idyllic setting in a peaceful Cotswold village with beautiful gardens and views but still close to other towns and villages. Very nicely furnished bedroom and a fantastic large bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Only slight negative to our room (Pheasant Nest) was some noise from bedroom above (creaky floor and running water). Thoroughly recommended

This was an excellent first stay here. Staff were so lovely, friendly and accomodating. The food was on another level. We are lucky to eat out a lot and this was not the cheapest but i could eat here every week. Just on another level. Go here, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. High quality room with fantastic bed, shower etc. Food was exceptionally good as were the staff, all warm friendly with very attentive service. We particularly enjoyed having drinks enjoying the views.

We had a fantastic meal, nights stay and breakfast at The Feathered Nest Inn, it was a great experience. Right from the start we felt welcomed, the room was spotless and the views overlooking the countryside was idyllic. The food was incredible, some of the best food we have ever eaten and to top of off, breakfast was just as good. We are already planning our visit back!

Second time we've visited and will definitely be back! Beautiful property and very relaxing. 4 years between our visits and we recognised quite a few staff which speaks volumes in the hospitality world! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, top quality food and a very passionate chef. The lady that served breakfast was super friendly and helpful ... what more can I say ..... treat yourselves, you won't be disappointed!

Exceptional hotel / restaurant is a quiet corner of the Cotswolds overlooking fabulous countryside. Could not fault a thing, from arrival, through an incredible evening meal, to the comfortable rooms. Highly recommended,

Superb! The location and the Inn are beautiful. Every member of the team who looked after us were brilliant, really attentive and effortlessly caring, friendly and efficient. Special mention to Sue for breakfast, Gonzalez and Hugo for our drinks and evening meal and James the chef for his amazing food and they accommodated my gluten free intolerance. A real treat and gem!

Restaurant 10/10 food

The staff were exceptional. Very comfortable stay. Food was excellent although breakfast could have been a little more generous with the portions and toast. Would highly recommend.

Cook to order breakfast great. Roast dinner on Sunday night also amazing. Every member of staff was helpful and attentive. Beautiful views. Room a little small but knew that and didn’t spend much time in there anyway. Perfect would highly recommend.

Friendly people

Located in a small village and overlooking the scenic Cotswolds, this small hotel has plenty to offer in fine dining. A car is a must, however there are pleasant and short drives to nearby walkable towns.
