Novotel Leicester is good enough compared to other Novotel I have stayed in the oast

Reception staff bland and not very welcoming

Only stayed one night, but it was a lovely room and the staff were very welcoming and helpful

I had stayed at this hotel before. This time the beginning off the stay wasnt what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. I asked to move to another room as the one that was given to me had an air conditioning issue. It seemed to me that the staff were unwilling to help adventually I was moved to a better room. Its just unfortunate that the issue i had happened. The breakfast was nice.

Great stay at Novotel Leicester. Helpful staff, nice comfortable clean rooms. Car parking round the corner £10 for overnight. Would stay again

Lovely breakfast

Fantastic location. Modern well maintained good sized rooms. Parking was conveniently located within a less than 5 minute walk Check in, sadly was less than friendly or efficient.

Still a new hotel- very clean. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent and parking is available too. The lifts are abit slow as theres 9 floors but as I was on floor 2 i was more than happy to take the stairs to get my steps in. My kids loves the hotel and the shopping mall is literally opposite the road with every shops you could find. I would recommend it if you plan to go to Leicester. This is my second visit but definitely better this time round.

Great reception team so helpful and kind even though we checked in very late. They were quick to provide further amenities for us. Would definitely stay and recommend this hotel again

Very good stay

I was lucky my room was ready early, it was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. Every member of staff I encountered were professional and friendly, and the food was delicious.

Poor directions and parking information. No chair or desk in a Novotel room ??? This is basic stuff in any hotel

The rooms are modern and clean, excellent location for shops and restaurants. Rooms always well priced , this is our Third stay. Car park is close by, plenty spaces and no issues.

The property was great choice for family of 6. The location is excellent

Friendly and efficient service checking in and a clean and well maintained building that had everything I needed for a relaxing stay

Great hotel, good check in, 2x free drinks, clean room and bathroom. Popped into the city in the morning for coffee, nowhere was open at 6:45 so popped to the bar and they kindly made me an amazing cappuccino. Lots of loud supercars running around outside the hotel but we didn't hear them in the end.
