Hotel was comfortable and secure. Staff are all very friendly and personable.

I have stayed at Casa many times and am very comfortable there. It is very reasonably priced and a very good value. While not fancy, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Very friendly welcome, lovely view from the rooftop terrace. Unfortunately at the moment the road outside is being dug up so it is quite muddy.

Clean, modest accommodation with very friendly staff and a good American-style restaurant with good coffee on the roof. Wifi was reliable. Each of the 2 times I stayed there, they were surprised to see me (in spite of a pre-paid reservation), and put me in the 'last room' with an offer to switch on the second day. During my second stay the room was downstairs next to the kitchen, dark and hot. When I complained, they 'found' a better room on the main floor.

This place is really the place to stay for travelers on a budget. It has a great roof top bar restaurant that is frequented by travelers and local alike, which makes it fun and unique. The hotel definitely needs some maintenance. The toilet in the first room I got didn't have a tank top so it had been covered with aluminum foil!

Not our first time, and deff not our last stay at Casa. Friendly staff, cozy roof top restaurant with amazing views of Wanale Hill, always clean rooms and perfectly situated on a quiet street near the city center. At Casa they always offer that extra help to make your stay in the wonderful city of Mbale worthwhile. Thank you so much for having us.

Very kind manager, Cathy was so lovely! I enjoyed my stay very much and extended for another night. Highlight was the rooftopbar with wonderful view to the suburbs of Mt.Elgon!
