The hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had a rental car and the free parking for the town is only a short walk from the hotel. It is located right in the heart of everything and was an easy walk to anything we wanted to see. The breakfast in the morning was a good snack to start the day and tasted wonderful. The front desk even went to the restaurant we lost our sunglasses at and got them. Sadly I haven’t been able to hear from them on getting them back through the mail but it was nice he went to get them. Hopefully we will hear back soon.

This was in a fantastic location. The breakfast was amazing and people so friendly and helpful. We got directions to a beach we would have never found and it was truly a highlight!

We had a wonderful stay at ARA Alcudia. Leading up to our stay we received check in information from Paco who was a friendly and welcoming host throughout our stay. We arrived late to the hotel to check in, the check in was straight forward and the next working we received a warm welcome from Catalina with helpful advice as to where to visit and rent bikes from for the week. The breakfast offering was perfect and a great start to the day. The location is wonderful for exploring around the old town. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. If we are to visit again we would definitely love to try the room with the plunge pool to cool off in the summer heat. We can’t thank the team enough for our wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located and in a great part of the walled portion of Alcudia, close to parking areas - friendly helpful staff and a delicious breakfast

This is a lovely hotel in the old town, because this is a pedestrian zone you do gave to carry your bags to the hotel, just a heads up if that is an issue. The rooms are small but well appointed, the staff very helpful. Would definitely book again.

My experienced at Ara is great although they no have front reception,but you can contact through the phone line,Mr Paco in Ara Alcudia is very friendly and helpful , as a couple traveler for holiday most important is meet nice people and bring happy, he is very patient and helpful .I feel his professional and attentive is great to stay in Ara hotel and beyond my expectations leave us a good memories.

A gem of an hotel conveniently situated within all of the attractions of old town Alcudia. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts, attentive but unobtrusive hosts. We had the room with private plunge pool which was a fabulous feature much enjoyed. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel!!! The lobby is absolutely stunning, our room was so beautiful. Paco made our check in a breeze and gave us such lovely recommendations for beaches, hikes, restaurants and anything you need! The breakfast was delicious, they really go above and beyond for their guests. I’m only sad I didn’t stay longer. Truly one of the nicest hotels. Thanks ARA Alcúdia for such an amazing trip!

ARA hotel is very well kept. The rooms are very clean , beds are very comfortable. A five star service by all the staff. Paco was especially helpful and full of local information. Thank you to everyone for making our stay very enjoyable.

Lovely hotel , brilliant location in the centre of Alcudia old town. Breakfast was lovely, Staff very friendly. Easy self service access if you arrive after hours.

Everything was great. Only thing that would’ve been better is if the coffee machine was available 24/7 like in some other hotels we had. Also the breakfast did not start until 8:30am. When traveling, most people start early, so we weren’t able to use the breakfast on 2 out of the 3 days.
