The manager did not honor my reservation , I showed my paid receipt ,but they didn't care . They said that they do not get paid for xpedia and were very rude . Do not book there . Terrible experience. I had to book in another hotel . I waste time and money .

We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend. Every day, after enjoying the hydrotherapy pool, the sauna, and the steam room, we slept incredibly well. It was a weekend filled with relaxation and excellent food. We had dinner, breakfast, and lunch at the hotel, and everything was delicious. The rooms are spacious and feature very comfortable king-size beds, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Whenever we visit Salcedo, this will be our place to stay.

La administradora NO sabía que el hotel trabaja con Hoteles.com. Luego de conversar con la administradora aceptó la reserva pero nos dio otra habitación a la reservada con Hoteles.com. La hostería NO trabaja con tarjetas de crédito, por lo que hubo que pagar en efectivo mediante transferencia bancaria. El escritorio de la habitación tenía en uno de sus cajones varios panes con queso llenos de moho/humedad. Las toallas muy viejas. Sugiero que Hoteles.com aclare con la administración del hostal el alcance real del convenio para que otros huéspedes no tengan “sorpresas” al momento del check-in
