Good location and nice staff but small room thats not that clean unfurtonately. Bathroom without a dorr, and no ac in the room but i shouldve checked that before hand :)

This is not a hotel, it is an Airbnb. There are no staff present, only communication is via WhatsApp. The first time I saw anyone in 5 days was as we were leaving the hotel at checkout. The stairs are truly impossible to navigate unless you are young and fit. We were on the 5the floor - there is no elevator - and carrying cases up and down was like an olympic event. Issues in the hotel room were reported to the hotel via Expedia and whatsapp and were not actioned - the velux window blind did not close in the bedroom and made bed time difficult due to light coming through. The safe didn't work. The room cleanliness was acceptable but certainly can be improved e.g. thick dust under beds. Walls are very thin and sounds like people in adjacent rooms are walking inside yours. The location is great but I could not recommend this hotel in good faith unless you are fit and able enough to tackle the stairs.

Pretty good value as it's well situated and well maintained. The only things people should be aware of are that there is no elevator so you have to take all your luggage up and down a narrow spiral staircase by hand. Also there are no staff anywhere (unless you happen to meet a cleaner on the stairs) so you have to get codes from a text message to gain entry. And there's no air conditioning! But the rooms were good, facilities in good shape and there is a handy cool basement for making tea where you can also store luggage for free if you have a few hours between checkout time and your train time, so you can stroll around the Marais unencumbered by extremely heavy suitcases.

The hotel was very clean, in a good location, and perfect for a family of four. We were able to leave our bags for the day after check out to explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Trapporna var värre än jag kunde föreställa mig. Tur att det fanns räcke att hålla i.Men rummet var ok, dock väldigt litet och precis bakom sängen var toaletten utan dörr vilket inte var trevligt ! Positivt att kunna förvara väskorna vid ankomst och efter utcheckning. Otur att toaletten i källaren var ur funktion.

Great location! The room is a good size for a solo traveler and it’s nice to not have to worry about a key. The front desk was helpful and easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. There is a shared refrigerator in the basement as well as coffee and tea. I would recommend staying here as you can walk or metro everywhere in the city!

Great location, clean room, friendly staff! This was a great home base for our exploration of Paris. The location was walkable to public transportation, restaurants, and was a short walk to the Louvre. Room was small but clean, and functional. Luggage storage lockers and washer were helpful. Would recommend!

It was wonderful to have accommodations that were essentially like being in your own apartment, including access to laundry services, as well as having an iron provided in the room, which is very unusual in France

Please avoid this hotel at any cost. The space is too tiny for 1 person, completely not fit for two. There is no door for the bathroom, well it is not a bathroom, only a toilet sits right next to the bed, behind the pillows. The room could not fit two opened check-in size suitcases. There is no elevator and you have to carry the case to the upper floor through a narrow spiral staircase which is way off from a standard and safe staircase. You can hear the fight and snoring form your neighbors. This is not a hotel no check-in, no manager, no shampoo and body wash. I wish I read the reviews before I booked it. Now I have to toss my money and book another hotel for my trip in Paris. Don’t recommend at all.

Great communication, lovely and affordable.

The location is perfect. It’s in Arr. 3 and a 10 min walk from multiple metro or RER lines and mall. Food options in every direction. The rooms are not as spacious if you are from outside of Europe but they do accommodate by offering lockers in the lower level so that opens up space in the suites. The staff is amazing in response time via WhatsApp and there is daily room cleaning offered. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient location with a comfortable & clean stay.

Room was clean and the shower especially was great. Very small room but in a fantastic area for a great price. Important to note that the toilet does not have a door which is the only con, but still doable especially for a short stay.
