Maria Jose in the restaurant each morning - she was so lovely. She always had a big smile and a warm greeting. And the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located next to a very nice mall and the beach. It was a really nice stay. If I ever come back to Manta, I would stay here again.

It's a very nice hotel. The staff is fabulous, friendly, and so helpful. Loved staying there. And the food at the restaurant is delicious.

There was a driver waiting for me at the airport, and he was very kind and helpful. My room was spacious and overlooking the ocean (across the street not beachfront). Breakfast was great. Overall a great stay except for one night, there was a party that sounded like it was on the floor below me but it could have been in the next block.

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Excellent location near the Mall Pacifico and the beach. Breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Security box needed repair but otherwise a good hotel.

Satff came up to my door to ask for something late at night. Were not very helpfull at check in. The parking process was no very easy for them to open the gate

There is an elevator only in the towers. The stairs were very difficult.

Great hotel, fantastic staff.

The Balandra is a very special place. We stayed there after my wife had surgery to rest. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The facilities are wonderful and the food is delicious. An incredible place of beauty!

Hotel is is in a big port city Manta. It is very close to the beach. If you are looking for a nice quiet b each , it is not. Beach is very noisy with loud music and also doesn't look so clean. Hotel is is like a different species with beatiful garden and swimming pool. Staff is great, breakfast is very good, rooms are big and very clean. It is a grwatbplace to stay if you need to stay in a big city. Fee steps from the hotel thwre is a shopping center.
