We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for 2 days and departed on new years day. The property is clean and quiet and the breakfast is good. Communication with Pen is great and both Pen with Mr Nirun were very helpful. Only one thing to consider is if you do not have a car and is travelling to downtown during festive season (NYE for us), you may struggle getting a Grab/Bolt. It shouldnt be a problem during other times.

We had a great stay at Mae Rim Grace. Khun Pen took very good care of our families. The facilities were clean and spacious. Perfect for our two big families.

The villa was so beautiful and spacious! Great for a big group to stay at and about a 20 min quick drive to the city and old town! The breakfast provided every morning was amazing! It was delivered to the room while i slept and didnt hear a noise. The service and stay were definitely 5 stars! The private pool was refreshing! Thank goodness it is private bc i forgot my bathing suit! Pen is so nice and accommodating! She really went above and beyond her job! So is so helpful with wonderful recommendations! Highly recommend. Will be back!

Everything about Mae Rim Grace was perfect! Chiang Mai was our last stop after visiting several places in Thailand and staying at Mae Rim Grace made it the grand finale! Pen was a delightful hostess and made us feel so at home. She is so welcoming and warm and accommodating. The property is absolutely stunning! The home was immaculate, the beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was made to order and delicious…we truly felt like royalty! The property is just minutes from many family friendly destinations, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We look forward to visiting again and offer Pen and the entire Mae Rim staff our appreciation!

I recently stayed at Mare Rim Grace and had a fantastic experience. The property is in excellent condition and offers very comfortable accommodations. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing — a perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was the made-to-order breakfast each morning, which was fresh and delicious. The hospitality was outstanding, especially from Pen, who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. All the staff were warm and attentive. There’s also a great restaurant just a short walk away, making dining out easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and well-catered stay.

We spent two weeks in Chiang Mai and Mae Rim Grace villa was for us the best place to begin and end each day. The wonderful team of Mae Rim Grace are Khun Pen, the warm and caring Manager, Chef Jack, a humble gifted Chef of great talent, Jacky, who procures fantastic snacks, Mol and Siew who helped serve breakfast, kept our villa tidy and were attentive to all our needs. We relied on Grab to get us around Chiang Mai. For sightseeing we recommend Khun Man, a driver and local guide who has serviced the Villa guests for over 5 years. We are very much looking forward to returning to see our friends at Mae Rim Grace as it was an unforgettable stay.

After being in Bangkok for a week I couldn’t have imagined staying somewhere as relaxing and accommodating as Mae Rim. Everyone went above and beyond. My family and I were treated like royalty, we truly just would wake up and breakfast would be served. They even helped plan activities to assisting us with transportation. My family and I agree that this was without a doubt the most satisfying place we have ever stayed at.

Tons of space for family of four (with teenagers). Quiet, serene surroundings though approx 20-30 minutes from downtown Chiang Mai. The manager, Pen, and staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!!

This hotel is worth 10 stars - the location: in a quiet, peaceful surrounding, some bars and dining options in walkable distance; free airport shuttle; communication: an absolute plus, en pointe, friendly, helpful, timely, via WhatsApp or email ; breakfast: the day before you will have a sheet to select your American breakfast options & breakfast time, the chefs will come to your villa at the committed time and prepare your breakfast freshly while you can get up and make yourself ready, as quiet as the chefs come into your house in the morning, as quiet and quick they leave, what stays is a delicious and fantastic smelling and tasting breakfast, this is a perfect start into the day - and you can even ask for Thai options; in between you get free cookies/snacks… - Pen and her team are wonderful; our kids felt in love with this place and planning already for the next trip; recommendation: use the Grab App to order a taxi for Chiang Mai, any other excursions ask the tour provider for a pick up from Mae Rim Grace even if it’s outside of the usual Chiang Mai area - a small surcharge might be applied, a drive takes ca. 30 mins to Chiang Mai Historic Downtown

Had a wonderful 1 night stay in their 3 bedroom villa in Jan 2025. The property was very clean and well maintained, very accessible and yet secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility of Mae Rim. Khun Pen and her team did an excellent job taking care of us and our needs. They are efficient, professional and most friendly. It feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and would return for a longer stay.

We were treated like family during our villa stay. The home was wonderfully decorated with thai art throughout the villa. We felt safe and comfortable. The staff are quick to assist and the breakfast was memorable. I would strongly recommend anyone large group considering a villa to stay here for their Chiang Mai trip

Simply perfect for family stay.

The villa is very beautiful! The breakfast was very nice as the team of chefs coming in and cooked according to how you like it. We enjoyed the pool very much, had a lot of fun just relaxing in the pool and the villa. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The villa is a bit far from the city centre, but we have hired a driver to bring us to different places, therefore location wasn’t a big issue for us. We could also easily get a taxi from Bolt or Grab. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again!
