Great place to stay

Arrived at hotel met by concierge who was pleasant and welcoming as were all the individuals who worked the entrance, Was a bit weird travelling to the ninth floor for reception but it was fine with pleasant staff. Room was clean and tidy and of a good standard with water on arrival, unfortunately it was a solo water bottle for our 4 night stay, seems petty but sink tap was tricky to work, either a trickle or a waterfall and shower controls identical. All in all a good hotel breakfast buffet description doesn’t do it justice, it was so much better than that. Our only complaint was the rooftop bar which we tried to get a drink and were informed it was waiter service, we’d been waiting 10 minutes at this stage, spoke to said waiter who said they’d be back and twenty minutes later still hadn’t been served, it wasn’t even busy and 3 waiters never arrived so we left, that was our first night and we never went back.

Room was clean, staff were amazing food and drinks great!

Our room was ready when we arrived. Clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Had a city view across Gran Via but the room was not noisy from the street. Had a few drinks at the rooftop bar. Great efficient service, tasty cocktails and lovely views

Great property conveniently located in the heart of Gran Via Madrid. The rooftop terrace / bar is a great amenity.

Nice hotel in the center of Madrid, with easy access to city's major attractions. Also a great breakfast buffet that prepare you to explore Madrid. Staff was nice and courteous.
