I almost didn’t want to review this hotel so I could keep it a secret! It is paradise on earth. Nestled at the top of a hill with stunning views and a number of thermal baths this was truly a place to recharge and take a break from the world. With a spa, fitness room, and a wonderful bar and restaurant you need not travel anywhere once you arrive. If you prefer there is a free shuttle to take you back and forth from the town square below. They also have a private beach club arranged if you would like a swim in the ocean. We could always find our very own secluded spot amongst the pools. A little paradise on earth is not an overstatement.

Beautiful breathtaking grounds we enjoyed staying there. Staff were great Ana was very accommodating, always with a smile. The staff at the restaurant were very personable. The hotel arranged the transportation for us and made everything seamless. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing hotel, truly breathtaking the moment you step outside on the terrace. The hotel staff was incredible, shout out to Marco for helping us book tennis. We absolutely loved our honeymoon here and only wish we could afford to stay longer!

It’s more beautiful than in the pictures. The numerous hot spring pools on the resort, made it the ultimate relaxing vacation. The staff goes beyond for their guests. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at San Montano Resort & Spa. The views over Ischia and the Bay of Naples are breathtaking, the pools and spa facilities are world-class, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm and professional, but I want to especially recognize Gennaro, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. His attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. San Montano is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy incredible food, and soak in the beauty of Ischia. Highly recommended — we will definitely return!

Amazing stay! The staff and service are amazing, views are stunning, property is so beautiful. The buffet breakfast is great and well stocked, and their pizza lunch delicious! Great spot too and the shuttle to town is super convenient. Beautiful, wonderful stay - didn’t want to leave!
