We had a wonderful stay with my family and my parents, the hotel is incredibly well located, and the stuff is super knowledgeable and incredibly polite. We had a wonderful day. I recommend this hotel for anybody that wants to visit the wonderful area of Puno, by the way, the sunrise is in this hotel are the best in the area.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with professional hospitality, and the entire staff was fluent in English, making everything seamless. ​The hotel is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the restaurant, creating a wonderful atmosphere for guests. Our room was spotless and featured a breathtaking, dreamy view of the lake. We were touched by the thoughtful details, like the fresh flowers and the delicious variety of fresh fruits waiting for us in the room. ​The dining experience was a highlight—the dinner was incredibly tasty with a wide variety of options and great drinks. The breakfast was equally impressive, offering a luxurious and top-tier selection. ​We highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and service. We truly hope to have the chance to stay here again!

This property stands out for its beauty, setting on the lake, professional staff, excellent cuisine, and attention to detail. Everything was perfect: We got an upgrade to a well appointed suite which made it special. Dinner was outstanding, as was the service. Breakfast was excellent. It’s a short and inexpensive taxi ride, and well worth it, compared to the noisy crowded downtown.

What a great hotel! The breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel. They were very friendly and helpful. If I ever return to Puno, I will for sure be staying here again. What a beautiful place.

Amazing, immaculate grounds and stunning views from front, back and room. Staff was very friendly, had the early check-in we requested ready on our arrival, quickly dealt with every issue. Just loved our stay. Would absolutely return.

paid over $ 200 for one night, and at that price I genuinely expected a spotless room. Unfortunately, when I went to use the bathroom, the shower was clearly not clean, which was very disappointing. I had to notify reception about the issue and wait before I could even shower. That said, the staff were very courteous and handled the situation politely. Someone very kind came to clean the bathroom, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, for the price charged, guests should not have to report cleanliness issues or delay basic amenities like showering. A higher standard of housekeeping is expected at this rate.

Great room, comfortable bed, helpful, friendly staff, great restaurant, great amenities, amazing views. Overall, a tremendous international hotel where you definitely would not expect it.

Food and drink was expensive but of excellent quality. Our room was absolutely fantastic with gorgeous views. Reception staff very helpful.

This hotel was exceptional! The view was phenomenal from our room as we were able to see lake Titicaca as well as the sun rises. The staff were very friendly and were available for anything that we needed. They have a beautiful terrace out back that can be used for great pictures and for an outside sunset picnic. There is also a pier nearby so you don't have to go into the main city to access any boats if you are visiting Uros. Hotel is in a gated area so it feels very safe. However, it is uphill. So if you don't want to walk up hills, this is not the hotel for you. The breakfast was the best we've had in Peru.

The views of lake Titicaca are the best!

No uber coming to the hotel area But the property itself is very clean and well maintained. Great restaurant.
